Not only was he incredibly attentive, professional, and kind, but he was also running the store completely on his own and doing it flawlessly. The store was spotless, the atmosphere was welcoming, and Moe handled everything with calm confidence and care. He was the perfect host and chef, showing true leadership, pride in his work, and exceptional customer service. You can tell he genuinely cares about the experience he provides. I come in here all the time. And today, what i saw, was amazing. Mo was the only one here. He ran the show himself amd did it with professionalism and respect. A large group came in and they just kept coming. He got through all 10+ people as promptly as he could. He really is a trooper. One of the main reasons I come here over other places. The service is amazing. The food quality is stellar. The atmosphere never makes you feel stifled and is always comfortable. Mo talks to the customers like hes known them forever. Its rare to find people working in service as kind and respectful and conversational as he is while also being able to do his job well. Good job Mo! Keep it up!!
