I came in and ordered a Tuna sub not toasted he started getting the sub ready as I told the other worker I wanted a 2nd tuna toasted but after I saw how bad the tuna looked I said not to make the 2nd tuna sub But the first guy put the first sub that was NOT TO BE TOASTED IN THE OVEN AND TOASTED IT. I said that's not supposed to be toasted he said you ordered 2 subs no I ordered that first one for someone else that's why I waited and after you put the tuna on I saw what it looked like and told the 2nd sub maker never mind on the 2nd sub he blamed me for his mistake and told me he couldn't help me there was another subway down the street. We'll I am happy to go down the street because for one they are rude and unappropriate and 2nd the tuna fish here is red looks old and gross be careful people. Wish I could have gotten a picture of it the health department needs to visit this SubWay!!!

Subs looked like were seriously rolled up and smashed. The sub bread was in 30 pieces. Then it was only meat, cheese and extra mayo and they even screwed that up and didn't put any mayo at all on it. My 2nd sub was the same way. Bread all smashed and in pieces. Bacon lettuce and mayo with xtra bacon and Xtra mayo. There was next to no mayo on it with 3 slices of bacon when I paid for xtra bacon. I ask for a refund and was told they can't do it from there bc I paid online with a card and I had to call corporate. So I had to take the food. On top of that corporate does nothing to make it right. What a joke. Especially now a days when $20 is alot. At least hire people that care just a little bit. I will never be back and just let people know this place lives up to the dismal 3.6 stars they have on the internet. It should be 2.6 at best.

I ordered a foot long cold cut combo on regular Italian bread toasted. I said each thing like 3x, gave me the wrong bread, didn’t toast it, (would’ve said something but already put veg on and I didn’t want toasted veg) and I was missing a meat. I asked to exchange the bread, they did and asked if they put all the meats on, the guy goes the meats are stacked so maybe you just didn’t see all the meats. Like thanks didn’t know that’s how sandwiches worked. Horrible experience guy seemed like he was on drugs. Wouldn’t come back.

Stopped for dinner this place is a disaster very dirty near all the veggies,the vegetables look like they’ve been sitting out for a week all brown and shriveled up I would’ve walked out but I’m a nice person since my sandwich was already being toasted but I don’t even wanna eat this sandwich because of how disgusting this place was there was old sticky pop all over the drink fountain area this place needs a health inspector to see this

I went here tonight on my way home with my daughter who is Autistic and has food sensory. I promised her a pizza come to find out the store dont even carry pizza like the other stores do. I was then told they dont have Provolone Cheese and Broccoli Cheddar soup is seasonal. The 2 employees told me the owner doesn't order it because it takes up space. I was really disappointed when i left with nothing for my child to eat and having to make another stop somewhere else on our way home from a long day of work,school,and therapy

This was the worst experience ever. The sandwiches were a mess, bread part soft, part crunchy. After paying for drinks, discovered they were out of most drinks, was told they were expecting a delivery tomorrow. But the WORST part was what they had playing overhead. Rap music, and every song was repetitive use of the "F" word. Nice atmosphere, and obviously did not care if customers wanted to listen to that or not. Absolutely awful experience.
