I was told at the drive through intercom that I could only order “5 items due to being short staffed” This angered me but luckily I wasn’t in a rush and I went back around a second time to complete my order of things I wanted which equated to over 5 items

Just contacted Taco Bell concerning my missing item. Was told on phone I have one day to pick it up or I don’t get it. I said I’m home and in my pajamas and didn’t want to come in 24 hours then Ciara said if you don’t come you won’t get your item. I said ok?? I guess I’ll come back tomorrow and she said you’re welcome and hung up on me. I contacted 2 other Taco Bell’s in the area and they stated this wasn’t a rule for them??? So is Ciara a liar or was she just being rotten to a wronged customer and her 10$ burrito…

Don't say your open if your not open. Simple as that. Fix your hours if your gonna refuse people and flat out ignore them. Went at 7:40 am, it's says your open at 7. If your not open beforehand at least let me know. I was so frustrated I laid on my horn to still be ignored. Rude.

Ordered breakfast burritos. Added potatoes to all of them. Got no potatoes in any of them even though i paid extra for all of them and on top of that they were all basically empty with nothing but a tiny bit of eggs in each one. Disgusting!
