very dirty establishment today, tried to get workers attention at the counter and was ignored, ordered a freeze drink and when they didn’t have their machine working they just gave me a regular cup and didn’t try to substitute anything. the bowl I ordered was also visibly empty and the portion size felt careless. very annoyed and won’t be coming back.

The worst Taco Bell, probably in the state of Michigan. They never get your order right it doesn’t matter what it is. I ordered sour cream and red chile sauce on my food. Somehow I ended up with only chipotle sauce.

I have never ever experienced the worst service by far!!! I placed a DoorDash order and three dashers were sent to this location and every single time they would leave because of the wait time! I don’t know what’s going on with the workers… whether they are even doing their job or not but I will tell you to stay away from this location!! You will not get your order.

Always expect for something to be missed. Slow drive through when only a few cars in line. Only few mins from my home, will drive 10 mins in the opposite direction for another location.
You can expect your food to always take too long and you will never have everything you paid for in the bag. I drive 10 minutes out of my way to go to the other location because this one is so bad. There are also many instances where this location doesn’t take orders at the window and does mobile only because they don’t want to take orders. As someone who’s worked at a Taco Bell, I don’t even know how this is possible and this location is so bad others in the district know about it.
