Clean environment, nice location, easy parking, beautiful menu but service seems slow and careless. For instance waiting 20 min + for a sandwich is considered too long especially when it is not busy. Besides, they don’t include any ketchup or sauces with sandwich and fries. Glad I checked and once asked why it was not there, they replied, I didn’t request any condiments!! Wait they didn’t ask me either !! However the fries were fresh and sandwich taste great.
I really like the food, but the quality of service and cleanliness of the store here in Richmond has seriously declined.
Decided to order through the app today, and arrived at the store(20 minutes after ordering mind you) only to find that my order would be another 30 minutes. The store wasn't even busy. There isn't a warning for long wait times through the app, nor is there a way to cancel my order, so I guess I'm sticking this one out in the parking lot.
At close to an hour wait and for the price, it's more cost and time effective to make wings at home.

I ordered 20 wings and an xl fry and a whole bunch of sauces. I said no ranch. Pick up my food , didn't check, got home to a small fry and only ranch for my dipping sauce. Like I specifically said, "no ranch ,please no ranch", And what do ya know ...ranch only, nothing else. I also order a cornbread, warmed it up and it disintegrated, for real bro! I paid 30$ for 20 wings and a small fry and a dipping sauce and some piece of fluffy bread. I'm not impressed....

Joke ,I asked for blue cheese and got ranch. No sauce on wings or straws for the drinks. I called to speak with someone about the order and all they offered was a credit! Not hey let's fix this. Never again.

First time eating here and I got the Buffalo chicken fries combo. It was delicious! The chicken was crispy and juicy but the Buffalo is hotter than you'd expect Buffalo to be but I thought everything was excellent! 9/10
