My small amount of ice cream totaled $9!! After reading the reviews, I see there is a standard option for $6. The worker never mentioned this.

Don’t try to order a shake. Three employees couldn’t figure out how to make one or even what it was. The dropped the ice cream on the counter and then picked it up and put it in the blender and when I asked to just get a refund they said it never happened. I watched it happen. Told me they couldn’t refund me. When I called to ask how to get a refund I was told they would have to look at the cameras. I won’t be back.

As soon as you enter, the staff greets you and asks you if you have been here before. If you have not, then they will give you a run through of the place. It’s so fun to get your own yogurt and top it however you want! The staff is also super friendly and when you order something off the menu, they deliver prettt quickly.

The girls working here are funny!!! If you drop one topping they go right by your ice cream with a hand vacum. Almost sucked the spoon out of my hand ?. Then they sweep and vacum the rug while everyone is eating in that little place, siiiick! No one smiles here like they are mad you came in to dirty their spot ?. The nutella banana crepes are good.
The lady was ver rude there. I asked her did the points screen work she said nothing asked for my number then with the rudest attitude said you don’t have nothing but 8 points !!!! She did not give me my receipt had to ask for it her name was

The worst experience. We went with our niece and were assisting her putting the toppings the lady rudely stated “you do it for her”. After we dropped the spoon, we were calling her for assistance and she would not answer. We were literally yelling because they don’t keep the spoons out. She came out with an attitude and said “it’s not her fault she dropped her spoon.” She has the WORST customer service and stated she does not care if we complain. She had her children in the back and one was running in the front. It’s EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. She couldn’t hear us because she was walking around with an AirPod in her ear. I would avoid this location due to the unprofessional worker. She was unwelcoming the moment we walked in. Informed her I’d call corporate and she smiled and said I don’t care.

I went for some froyo after work and the girls working greeted me very nicely asking if I’ve been there before the topping bar seemed really full despite it being busy it was very clean . I had the peanut butter as it was their sugar free option and it was really good! They have a point system so I will definitely be coming back for more.

The two girls that were working here seem to be very angry. Asked one about whipped cream and she glanced around, said something I couldn't understand and basically shrugged.
The other girl did tell her where it was though.
Their attitudes were very cold and aggressive. You'd think they were prisoners who were resentful of free people.
As we paid, I didn't see any Spoons so I asked where they were, and the girl at the register snarled she kept them behind the counter.
I used the wrong card as she handed us the Spoons and it declined, so she pulled the Spoons back!
If I was going to go through the trouble of stealing, I'd have gone to the car and pulled a spoon from the glove box and left.
The yogurt (that was paid for) was pretty good, but some of the fruit that was cut was not very fresh and Definitely had been cut a bit ago.
It was clean in there at least. Will not be back because of how the staff was.
