Best service I’ve ever had! The young ladies Simona and Emiley were the silliest girls and made me laugh. They were so sweet and helpful. The shop was very clean and the service was fast. 10/10 would recommend

Showed up at Yogurt Town at 9:30 PM, well before closing, and was treated with the rudest, most unprofessional behavior imaginable. Instead of helping us, the workers ran to the door, locked it right in our faces, and stood there laughing like it was a joke. If this is the kind of staff they hire, it explains why the place has such a bad reputation. Pathetic excuse for customer service. Don’t waste your time or money here — plenty of other places actually appreciate their customers.

I was there when David complained. The man saw a singular mnm and said it was moldy, (they were NOT) and proceeded to put the same mnms INSIDE HIS YOGURT CUP?!!And felt comfortable enough to eat them outside the store. Yogurtown is a very clean store, and I thought this was ridiculous!

Walked in to a very clean and well stocked store. The young lady came right out to assist me. I go to yogurt places for the hot fudge with a little bit of the other stuff and the hot fudge here was perfect. I have had bad experiences with other places where the fudge was burnt or not warm enough making it too thick. Not here. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Cousin brought over some the other day and I tell you incredible frozen yogurt like I haven’t tasted anything better definitely going to get more and see what other options they have. Highly recommended, those writing bad reviews are just haters.
