They are so slow here…an iced coffee with nothing but milk often takes close to 10 minutes. I come back every now and then to see if it’s gotten better but they really are just slow and have an awful process in place

This has to be the worst service I have encountered. They are slow, rude and when I wrote about my service online, all they said was sorry. No coupon, no free drink. They lost me over $5. I would never go back to this or any other Biggby location.

Customer service is extremely lacking. Drive two minutes farther to The Borough for great service, great atmosphere, and high quality drinks.
Very rude experience here, I had asked for a 20oz cold brew and when I received my coffee and mentioned that I had asked for the size up, i was met with a really snarky response from the girl at the register. She said well I heard you say 16oz. And that's what I charged you for. I just said that's fine and left. She never offered me a receipt so I could check the price. I recognized no value in hospitality at all from the baristas, I am a server and would never treat a guest like this. Everyone was standing around and chatting and the girls working were very distasteful in their interactions with my friend and I. Will definitely not return to this location.

Save your money - especially if you’re looking to have a good experience. I went in this morning and ordered my drinks and bagels. After receiving our bagels we had to wait 20 minutes only to see several people be served before us. When I went up to the register to ask why our drinks had been made, the dude that was there said he didn’t even know what we ordered even though he was the one who took the order. The other girl at the register laughed at us. And the other guy ignored my girlfriend and literally walked past her while she waited at the counter. I asked for a refund which was denied or even drink coupons. They didn’t give us anything for how horribly we were treated. And on top of that they messed up the drink and had to remake it twice. I am NEVER going to this place again. Good riddance.
