The workers were very rude. And charged me extra for something I did not ask for. I usually order a chai latte which has no coffee. They assumed to put coffee in my drink when the recipe did not call for it. My friends drink was not what she asked for and tasted like medicine. They also laughed in my face and made a rude remark to her coworker in front of me when I asked to remake it because it was wrong. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

Only giving two stars because it took 2 minutes to get the drink we ordered but we also ordered 2 bagel sandwiches, one with a Asiago bagel, one with a everything bagel. It took 30 minutes to get one of the sandwiches, and 40 minutes to get the other sandwich. The people behind us were told that it was taking awhile to get the food out and that would have been great to know. The lady who was making the sandwiches kept getting distracted by her coworkers who were making drinks and stopping, even though they were very on task even while talking. When we got the sandwich I said how I was disappointed that nobody said anything to us as we ordered that it was a long wait, she proceeded to say how she's sorry I was disappointed, not anything about how she's sorry for the long wait. Awesome! Go to Starbucks instead.

Decent place to hang out. Tables are never clean, even though there are hardly any customers there. Would have given four stars for ambiance - the music is good - but they removed the comfy chairs :(Customers can no longer doctor their own coffee/tea at a station, you have to ask for everything you want (sugar, cream) and when asking for sugar, I got one whole packet ?.
