me and my friend come to culver’s to get get just a kids meal and we are short by a dollar, that’s fine so me and her go ALLLLLLL the way back to her house JUSTTTTT to get ONEEEEE dollar. And when we come back and order the SAME THING it went up ANOTHER dollar. this is outrageous and Matt you KNOW who you are and i will be speaking to your manager.

Man I sure was hoping for a different experience but here we are. The last time I did dine in, the experience was horrible. Every table was dirty so you couldn't even sit down unless you cleaned it yourself. Food on the ground smashed into the carpet. So we started to use drive thru. The last two times I've been through the drive thru they've missed either a burger or chicken tenders. If you're going to skip something, skip the dang fries not the actual main part of the meal. I keep hoping for a better experience because the location on Alpine is so amazing but I just don't think thats going to happen. Also Alpines food is better too.

2 things. Came thru drive through at 4:40pm today. 1) came thru drive thru and specifically asked for a different flavor because of the allergy to nuts , and she said no problem but was rushing me through my order. Someone could have DIED had I not noticed it was not just a plain vanilla. 2) when I called to let them know someone very rude answered the phone and did not have good customer service saying it was basically my fault, when I asked specifically for no nuts …when I ordered and she did not properly put my order together. It was a male who answered the phone and seemed more concerned about putting the blame on me then the nut allergy I was calling about, didn’t ask for anything just for them to be careful in the future they could really hurt someone. Safe to say will never be back.

Service was quick, staff was very friendly, food was warming and super tasty. Zero complaints. Update: the service is still fairly quick here. But the burger I got today was dry and cold. Tasted like it was definitely not made fresh. However the craziest part about the experience here is the prices and portion sizes. Their new specialty burger is almost $10 just for the sandwich. This is going to contribute to me not coming back. Your prices have skyrocketed, and the serving size on fries have been getting steadily smaller. Bags only 1/2 full. It should not cost $32 for 3 burgers, and 1 family fry!
