I’m not the person to leave reviews, but today was an exception. We waited over 20 minutes in the curdside and the manager on the phone was extremely rude! I was a manager at a Culvers in the past and know how demanding and high pressure the environment is, but being rude to customers who have been waiting for a long time is no excuse. The runner was sweet, but management needs a reality check!
