Great place for ice cream.

Excellent ice cream and Service! We even brought our dogs and sat on the patio area in our pups, enjoyed their pup cups, and puppy bones!

Only problem is the loud semi‘s going by along with motorcycles and other vehicles that can make it hard to hear sometimes

The softserve is delicious, lots of flavors! Glaciers are good too but could use a bit more slushy in them. Only actual complaint is that staff seemed kind of slow to help, and a little distracted like they would rather be elsewhere (but I think most of us would rather not be at work lol). We'll definitely be back though!

At first the experience was great but after a group of friends and I were served we ate outside. I went back in to utilize the restroom and I overheard the associates say some negative things about my group of friends. Unfortunately that soured my experience. Customer service is so important and the girls were young and will hopefully learn from this experience.

I only came here as a meeting point but since we were had to come in for ice cream. Personally I didn’t fancy any of the flavoured ices and quite a few of them had nuts in them. I opted for the vanilla soft scoop in a waffle cone and it was huge and filled all the way to the bottom. Napkins were required as even sitting inside the ice cream melted quite quickly.

We have only had their ice cream here. We have not tried the coffee yet. The portions of ice cream are generous and they have a good variety on the menu. The pricing is reasonable, and the staff has always been very nice and accommodating. The atmosphere is great inside or outside. Just wish these Michigan summers would last longer to take advantage of it.

I have been here twice and both times the staff has been amazing. I came here today and noticed I was allergic to something in the ice cream I ordered. I asked the staff about it and they were very accommodating and helpful about it. The portion sizes are also great! Definitely recommend!

First time here and was super excited to see gluten free cones!! I got a medium and it was so big, I had to put it in a cup. Staff was super friendly too!
