If I could leave less than 1 star I would. My meatloaf and onions on top were burnt. My granddaughters fries and mac and cheese were cold and dried out. My son in laws philly cheese steak was basically charcoal and had to be sent back. Extremely long wait for our nasty food.very very very disappointed. After good food other times. NOT WORTH THE MONEY! could have gone to a decent steakhouse for the same money.

Very disappointing and unfriendly dining experience. The ONLY reason I gave it two stars is because the food was edible and the table sitting next to us were pleasant to talk to while waiting an unbelievably long time for our food.The "host" and our waiter were young men who couldn't make eye contact or speak audibly.It took about 10 minutes for our server to even come to our table to take our very simple order.It was an additional 25 minutes for food to arrive. Our server only came back to give us our bill 10 minutes after we were finished eating. Didn't say a word just slid the bill on the table and walked away.I could understand if they were busy but there were 9 total tables, mostly, two tops and a floor staff consisting of a host, a manager, two servers and a bus boy.The entire waiting area was full of people, waiting to be seated, however the host was wondering aimlessly around the restaurant.I would highly suggest finding another restaurant before choosing Grand Coney unless you are satisfied by poor communication, disappearing servers, and unnecessarily long wait times.

Turns into thata just his demeanor to talk down to saying that you gotta juat wait n understand plus I busy so I didn't get drinks, hey its OK just asking and understand you are a hostess just wondering how long that's all cause we have been sitting for 15mins, we'll you gotta wait geez ok so understand that now do you know what u want like for a drink or???? This person's tone of voice and demeanor was that of my oldest when I tell him no ps4

Server Alex was great but the kitchen messed up . Ordered my dog without onions... came with onions. Wife ordered burger without tomato and lettuce... came with tomato and lettuce. Daughter ordered gogurt... came with fries.
