best cookies i have ever eated ong.

It's good if you have the munchies for cookies later at night but it's too expensive for just a box off 6 cookies in my opinion

Went at 11:25 and it was still closed although they were supposed to open at 11. I waited and once they finally did open, the guy working there told me I’d have to wait an additional 20 mins for any cookies because he was busy baking for a delivery order.

On November 7 around 11:20 PM, my friend and I walked into the Insomnia Cookies store. There was a staff member sitting down and on her phone when we entered. She looked at us but continued using her phone without acknowledging us. We waited about 3–4 minutes before my friend said, “Excuse me,” and the employee responded with “Just a sec,” while still staying on her phone. Because of this unprofessional and inattentive service, we decided to leave. She was still sitting on her phone as we got into our car.
We used to stop by this location every once in a while for cookies, but this experience was really disappointing. Hopefully, the management addresses this issue to improve customer service in the future.

It’s 11:20am and the door is locked even though I see someone inside… tried calling and it states it’s “currently closed” so even their phone system is bad with time.

I was super excited to get insomnia cookie until I walk into this location and was greeted with two girls texting on their phones. They looked up just for a moment to say hold on before continuing on their phones. One preceded to walk over texting on her phone and asked what we wanted. About to place the order Alyssa B (which I got on the receipt) walks back to finish her text and walks back texting on her phone again. While placing the order she sets her phone down next to the register glancing back at it while putting in our order. She packages up our order then grabs her phone again to start texting again. It was clear that her phone was a bigger priority than providing good customer service. The lack of professionalism and attention made what should’ve been a fun treat run feel awkward and frustrating.

It’s really disappointing to see such disengaged staff representing the Insomnia Cookies brand. If I could give zero stars I would have. Great cookies deserve great service and this experience was far from it.

Just went and when we walked in the man working said it’d be 15 minutes which was fine and we ordered and instead we were there for 45 minutes and the guy working wore AirPods the whole time and ignored us when we asked how much longer. We then get our food and half of it is wrong and the ice cream we got which was supposed to be an Oreo ice cream and we got a peanut butter ice cream instead which my allergic sister ate and has now had an allergic reaction.. thanks.

We tried going to this location last night at 8:06pm and they were closed… says they’re supposed to be open until 3am. No sign on the door, no explanation, NOTHING. Felt bad for the DoorDash driver who got there to pick an order up!

This location has always been fantastic the few visits I have had. The staff is always friendly, the cookies are always the perfect temperature, and they taste amazing! I will be back!

We got brownies and try were rock solid and cold also our order wasn’t even put together when we got there. Kinda disappointing

The cookies are really good. I typically get the snickerdoodle and have never been disappointed. Prices are a little high, but how else do you expect a business to stay open with just cookies and ice cream. Good thing there is a college and a bunch of “CBD” stores around.

Horrible experience the cookie was smaller than my hand I could have made it better myself the line took 10 minutes for 2 people to order will never be coming back very dissatisfied

It's always a great choice to order insomnia cookies. I haven't get to this place yet but delivery is always fast and the cookies are warm. For me cookies are perfect the end of the day or week 😊

Always loved Insomnia cookies. Great cookies open very late and always friendly people serving you. Happens to be next to Cottage Inn Pizza so that's a huge plus!
