Im not even joking. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I go to order a pizza here for delivery "delivery is over for the night." Doesnt even matter what time it is. Sometimes this happens at 4pm, sometimes it happens at 8. Do better jets.

I am very disappointed with the service here. I was on hold for over 45 mins with no answer from anyone. I called back multiple times after that and still no response. My order was messed up and I was calling to add a pizza and because no one answered not everyone could eat!!!!!!!!! NEVER

Placed a phone order with a young man and I’m sure he was new, told me 30 minutes pick up time. Got there 30 minutes later and no one could find an order? The had to redo the order and 23 minutes later I’m walking out the door, with an offer of a free brownie… how about having the order ready when promised. I remember why we don’t order from this Jets

There are a lot of pizza places in Allendale. In my opinion, little Caesars and hungry Howies taste like pre-warmed cardboard. We have always had good pizza from Jets and the service has always been good. I would say they’re one of the better fast food pizza places in Allendale.

Placed a order at 8pm told them I would come at 9pm the guy told me they closed I got their 8:55 to pick it up he told me he would wait for me to come bc that was close and I got their people inside just looking at me stand at the door I rushed to get their to grab my food unprofessional could of just told me not to come

I went to use the ladies restroom and a young lady worker was coming out ...she did not wash her hands and the reason I know this this is because the sink was dry and very dirty...heads up everyone they don't practice hand washing here after going to the bathroom...DO NOT EAT HERE......

They have, by far, the best cauliflower pizza ever. Lightly baked W/mozzarella, chicken, bacon, mushrooms& buffalo sauce on top (no marinara for me).... ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS ?
