What a frustrating experience. I purchased a gift card the day before and went to redeem it the following day. The card failed to swipe and a manager, Billy, was called over who told me “if it doesn’t swipe, you can’t use it here.” Shut me down immediately and made me feel like I was in the wrong with the attitude he was using. After he made a call, he took my gift card and zeroed out the order. All with a poor attitude. The gift card had more money on it than the initial order and I was never reimbursed for the money remaining on my gift card. I will never be back here.

Happy Halloween..NOT…everyone there seemed like they hated their job! The lady working the front desk in the “SWAT” uniform was very unfriendly. Looked like she didn’t want to deal with anyone!

Should give this shop a lesson on customer service!

First of all what is this bs. I’ve never had crazy puffs look this bad and inedible. And then they didn’t even add Italian seasoning to my cheese bread fr.

It’s little Ceasers. It’s not 5 star pizza, but for the price it’s great. I had great service here, and they were very friendly.

Negative stars should be a option. Supervisor went above and beyond to earn them today. Spend a little more and take your money to literally any other pizza joint.Over the last few months i've come here to order a pizza and stix every so often with no pepperoni since I do not eat red meat. Hasn't been a real issue, other than it was messed up twice before and they had no issue remaking it the way I asked. It was an honest mistake. I never made a issue out of it. Just waited another 10 minutes.Not today, for the third time it's messed up. The girl at the counter made the same mistake. So I go back to my car to wait while I wait for them to remake my already paid for pizza and after a few minutes I decide I've had enough and am to hungry and am going to get something else. I expected they had already started the remake but NOPE. So I ask for a refund as the larger male supervisor asks if I said if I asked for no pepperoni. Even though he says they dont customize. And if true why didn't he say that earlier. Or any of the times before if that wasn't done. Anyway I did say no pepperoni, but i'm done and would like to get a refund and would not be coming back because of the repeated mistake. He said GOOD im like ok i'll be sure to leave your feeling on the issue on a review and let your corporate office know. This is how much this location values your business and treats people even uniformed servicemembers after a long day at the office. Bottom line no customer should be treated with such indifference. But No F's given here at all.AVOID AVOID AVOID

The pizza I ordered was burnt and had the wrong toppings. I ordered pizza puffs and only received 3 instead of 4 and one looked like it had a bite taken out of it. I tried to call the store several times and no one answered. I paid over $30 and was unable to eat the food.

Hot and ready at noon not so ready so that was unfortunate. However, it's a Little Ceasars so it is what you would expect as far as atmosphere.

It's a $5 pizza really fast. I'm a hero when I bring home to my kids. Winner winner, pizza dinner.Is it great pizza? Well.. my kids love it so good enough for me.
