Decided to order/eat inside on Sunday, January 4, 2026. What a mistake. It was 7:15 pm and the drive-through line had about 4-5 cars. Inside, just a couple of customers waiting. Of course you can’t order at the counter via a real person…you must place your order via a kiosk. Simple order: 2 double cheeseburgers; 2 small fries and 2 soft drinks. Order was placed at 7:15 pm. People came and went; orders kept going through the drive thru - yet nothing for those waiting inside. Several attempts were made to get workers attention but they completely ignored us. We were finally able to get the attention of a worker and ask about our order at 7:37 pm, Her reaction was as if it was our fault. Our food arrived at 7:45 pm. If it was Domino’s it would have been free. There was no acting manager and the workers seemed completely happy with ignoring anyone in the lobby. One actually went to the drive thru window and carried on a conversation with a person for a few minutes; laughing and smiling - even though she wasn’t there person assigned to the window. This was the slowest and least friendly McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my 66 years of living. I will never go back.

I don’t know how many times they’ve forgotten things in my order but can say too many to count! This specific location is so close as to why I use it often. But you’d figure at least one night I’d get my whole order, nope. And on top of that they’ll keep ya waiting for the missing food so the whole time you’re waiting your food gets ice cold! They don’t even offer to replace it! Whenever I worked at Burger King it was almost mandatory. No care what so ever from the workers either, I go to tell somebody and she just walks away from the counter then looks at me like I’m being rude. No what’s rude is nobody cares enough about their job, shouldn’t have to return every time I come in. And it’s NOT supposed to be a fashion show. Most of your workers are in street clothes!!!
This place sucks SPECIFICALLY FROM 6pm-11pm. Idk how either because they’ve got 8 employees on board, places like BK do it with 2 and a manager and still get done. Terrible terrible service

Restraint was clean and well maintained. The employees were very friendly and super apologetic for the wait. They all had smiles on their faces and did their best to make everything to perfection. K think the only complaint I would have was the kiosk number they only have 1 with a screen on either side which I feel like they could use more. But the experience was amazing!

This McDonald’s location is absolutely horrible. Slowest service I have ever received. Staff is very rude and unresponsive. Cannot say enough negative things about this location. Writing this 30 minutes into waiting for a 2 cheeseburger meal.

General Manager who announced herself as Anita, is not fit for the job. She does not deserve to be in a management role if she can not only make sure the food orders are correct but then can't even speak to customers about it. McDonald's should be ashamed to have her in that role.
McDonald's in and of itself is overrated. That being said I think that a majority of fast food places deserve a three-star at best because they don't exactly make gourmet food.
