Normally this is the place to go. Past few times the wait is super long and today not only was it super slow but they made me late for work because they made my online order wrong!!! The girl barely apologized to me but she did say sorry to whoever made it!?!? This keeps happening and I’ll be going to a different Starbucks. Now I’m going to be late for work since I spend like 10 min in the drive thru!!!

Megan always makes me and my friends drinks the best! She is super accommodating to my friends allergies, not all baristas have been here. I love Megan’s customer service she is great!

I always try to order ahead and they still mess my order. They won't do it as requested, and I don't customize a lot, just asking no whipped cream and they'll add it anyways. They are not very friendly. I've tried different times so it is not related to rush hour, they probably don't pay much attention.

I just ordered two drinks, my Chai was watered down and my cookie crumble tasted like chocolate syrup and no coffee flavor. The roads were bad, so didn't want to come back for remaking.

Starbucks practically created the coffee shop craze, but as with so many things, the locals have frequently surpassed them.
I got charged $9.96 for a normal sized chai tea late. LolThe worker was being petty and was upset that I didn't know exactly what i was trying to order. I was trying to order from memory what my girl friend gets to surprise her since she was having a hard day. Before making the drink she reiterated it was a normal chai tea late.I was polite, just a little confused and she overcharged me by twice as much as it is worth.. so beware!

I usually love this Starbucks and get it mostly everyday before school, but my recent experience going there was so bad and disappointed. There was a women that made my drink twice in a row before, and once, I got a ice peppermint mocha and the drink more than 2/3 of the cup is full of ice and then the second time, I got a peppermint mocha frappuccino and the whip cream that she gave me was just a little tip in the middle with no other toppings like little chocolate chip as before. I would fire that women that made those drinks in the morning and think about it! Have been really disappointed who ever that person is. High price for poor drink!
