This Starbucks NEVER updates their app and rarely has anything in stock. Really disappointed since they used to be good. Einstein bagels has better coffee and food. Go there instead of here.

I placed mobile orders and theres usually an hour wait. Half the time, i dont get the food i ordered. And this time i waited longer bc they hid the slip with my order in the corner instead of by the mobile orders, so i wouldnt know they were out of the syrup til i waited way longer than needed.

They don't take gift cards. Really glad someone in line told me before I continued to wait (since I'd already been waiting for almost 20 mins and was barely halfway through the line.) Any other chain locations would take a gift card, so I'm not sure why they don't. Common gvsu L.

Not one to give bad reviews. Employees were very nice and service was quick but my cold brew was prepared undiluted without request, which can be a dangerous mistake since the caffeine content becomes 2-3x higher with no dilution.
