Worst subway I've ever been to! Always out of stuff. Beware when ordering online when things are out of stock they WONT call you to tell you and ask if you'd like something else so you will waste your time going to the store!!

Ordered several protein bowls. Paid for 2x protein. When I got home to my surprise there was absolutely zero in any of the 5 bowls. I basically paid for bowls of spinach.

DO NOT GOTO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU ONLINE ORDER. THIRD TIME IVE GONE AND ONLY ONE PERSON ON STAFF HAD TO WAIT 30-40 MINS BEFORE I COUKD ORDER MY FOOD WALK IN. THEY NEED TO PUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR. TOTAL BS.

I went there a few weeks ago and their oven was broken. Returned on another day, and they were out of wheat and white bread. Returned today, and they told me they were out of both fountain drinks and cold cut meat. Not to mention, there were only 2 workers working behind the counter during a weekday lunch rush, and these two seemed like they were brand new, as it took them 20 minutes to prepare three subs.
Unless something changes, I won't return here again.
Something tells me whoever manages this location is totally incompetent and careless. It used to be a
great spot, not anymore.

The poor girl working tonight was all alone during the dinner hour. She was efficient and sweet - but she should have had help! The owner of the business should have been in
there helping her! She had online orders printing out and people waiting, ovens beeping because the bread is done, no cashier help, several items out of stock (tomatoes, steak, chicken). Ridiculous!

They were out of onions; Diet Coke was not available from the pop machine. I was charged for the full sandwich price instead of the meal of the day price. When I requested a refund, I was told that wasn't possible; instead I should take another bag of chips and a bottle of pop. Service was the slowest I've ever experienced at a Subway. One worker was working hard but could not keep up with the number of customers. Pricing information was missing from the menu (where was the Cold Cut Combo price? how much are drinks?)

Half the time this stupid place isnt even open because their workers don't show up. You can get deals on the app, but i never risk using the app because if you put in an order and their staff didnt feel like showing up, its a pain to try get your money back! Worst subway in wesr michigan.

I ordered online and stopped in to pick up my order. I noticed the footlong cookie I ordered wasn't there. I asked an employee, he said they didn't have any. He suggested that I switch it out for chips or drinks.. if I wanted either of those, I would've ordered it. I had to push a little bit, but walked away with the two sandwiches and a coupon for a free 6".
When I opened up the sandwiches at home, they were unacceptable. Neither was cut, neither had the correct sauce, one bread was incorrect, and items were missing and other items added. To be honest.. I'm not even sure they put chicken on either one - the meat was weird and brown.
The sandwiches were so disgusting looking, we ended up throwing both of them away. I called the store and an employee took my name, mumbled something, and HUNG UP on me.
I highly recommend not ordering from this restaurant. The service, the quality, and the disappointment isn't worth it. There's a Jimmy John's less than 3 miles away, I recommend them instead!
Photos attached of my sandwich - which was supposed to be a 6". Notice the added tomatoes and no olives, no chipotle sauce, and the weird brown meat. The receipt attached is highlighted with everything that was incorrect.
I would petition the township to force them to close the restaurant if I thought it would matter.

Made a pre-order on Monday, the 14th for today 10/20/24. for a large amount of food for a family gathering. Spoke to a very nice staff named Sam. The order was $72.48. Went to pick up today they did not have the order ready. They didn't even say we ordered it. We try to give our business to local places. This was frustrating because we had plans for a family get together for our parents heading to Florida. Will not use this place every again! And, the person working was not the friendliest person at all. This was around 4 pm today 10/20/2024 and a male.

I made an online order which said it was going to be done at 1:45pm and so that’s when I arrived and I’m walking out of the store at 2. Greeted by a dude with long hair sitting in the corner table while his coworker was cleaning. There was another guy on his phone sitting next to the guy in the corner with uniform on and wearing Crocs. It was a mess inside. The guy on the line was doing his best while the other 2 were doing nothing except talking loud on the phone. Didn’t have any bread done, none of the lines were prepped or clean. Honestly disgusting

Unfriendly staff. Placed an order at 11:05 for an 11:45 pickup. When I arrived they estimated another 40 minutes until my order would be ready because they had too many subs ahead of them. It was the workers third day, so we gave some grace and completely understood. Came back around 12:45 and they cancelled our order then argued with us that we told them to. That never happened. This is why they have a horrible rep in town. Please visit Jimmy John’s over this establishment ANY day.

Mobile app wasn’t working at this location so I went inside. Manager said the app hasn’t been working for a long time. I asked if I could still redeem rewards but she said no. Pretty sad that they weren’t willing to accommodate for their own poor technical issues.
