Must be training. Took about 7min.inside to take order.hard Taco packed in bottom of 5 burritos . Ordered 3. 2bean. 1bean no onion, nored sauce caught them making 2 cheese and onion and grilling one. They put 2 cheese and onion in bag anyway. Girls in front of us had been waiting for 10min for food. Not Taco Bell standards for sure.

Napkins, utensils and sauce are usually needed but not provided at all! No napkins no fork no straw why ask about sauce if you don't provide it. Maybe put meat in the tacos Worst meal ever, absolutely disgusting and horrible service.

Wouldn’t eat here unless I was starving to death. Worst, slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. Took unbelievably long and still got half my order completely wrong. Not to mention it simply wasn’t good, 1/10 compared to other Taco Bell’s. At least the person working the window was a nice guy.
honestly size and portions are always wrong and adding and removing things from orders is apparently not an option. very ignorant and incompetent. food was okay though

I go to this taco bell so often and I have never been treated so well. STEFAN WAS AMAZING!!! Made sure our order was correct and was very kind. We had a bit of difficult order but Stefan was very sweet and got everything correct. Taco Bell you did good with hiring him!!

Never a good experience at this Taco Bell. I placed an order from my vehicle in the parking lot using the app, everything went well, then I waited in line at the drive-thru for close to 10 minutes, when I got to the speaker I told them I have a mobile order, they said currently we are out of beef but if you'd like to come back in 20 to 30 minutes we'll have some ready to go🤯 . this isn't new for years I've been disappointed by this Taco Bell. So much room for improvement I think it starts with new management that actually cares. Allendale is a local community, be proud of that and strive for better .Slowest drive through I've ever been to. Always slow.
