Guy at the front was completely useless, didn’t care about any of the customers and focused on his phone the entire time I was there. I asked for help with something and he literally was dumbed to the question. Very useless and should be fired.

The two girls working the window tonight were not kind whatsoever. They mixed up out online order as both names were under John. We waited about 7 minutes for our order to be made. This would not have been an issue had we not been treated with disrespect once we asked for sauce. They slammed their window after shoving a handful of sauce into our hands. No thank you or have a goodnight. I visit this location every now and then and normally the window service is wonderful. I am disappointed in the service tonight and hope whatever they’re going through gets easier as we did not deserve to feel their anger.
Ordered 5 items online. Received 5 items but only 2 were what was actually ordered. Had to drive back & only received 1 more of the original order. Super disappointing.

It’s Tacobell depending on the night it’s a hit or miss usally the staff is nice and understanding and when you ask for extra sauce the night crew definitely delivers which I can’t say I’m upset about but sometime they miss items or give me extra items it’s fast food and where all human I’m not upset by it I appreciate the extra sauce yall
This is by far my favorite taco bell location and it never fails to disappoint me!! I went there last night with my cousins and the food was beyond our expectations and the customer service was excellent!!

My only complaint is that they often forget sauce packets. If/when I get Taco Bell, I have it delivered with DoorDash, and I always always always add 10 sauce packets to my order, and probably 1 out of every 5 orders is delivered without sauce. Other than that it's a great Taco
