Went to buy 1/2 dozen assorted donuts. Curly blonde haired girl taking the order was rude, gave us 6 random donuts, didn’t answer when we asked a question, and closed the window on us and walked away.
Seemed like she was genuinely unhappy that someone had come to get food. Unlucky.
Donuts were yummy tho.

Rude employees. Ordered an iced latte got to the window they gave me a hot drink. I tell them what I ordered they said well didn’t hear u. Didn’t remake my drink. I was in the middle of asking for Tim bits didn’t get it all the way out when she rudely said NO! Nothing else just NO. First time here and will never waste my money again. Don’t take your bad attitude out on customers. You messed up and I didn’t get what I paid for and it’s gross on top of that!

Love Tim Hortons but this location is the worst I've been to. Its the closest to my work so I come pretty often and have regularly received wrong orders, poor customer service/rude employees, and poor quality food/drinks. Most recently I received a sausage wrap instead of bacon and no whipped cream on 2 hot chocolates that I paid for. Please try to ensure accuracy and treat your customers better ❤️

My avocado “toast” was a cold slice of bread with the thinnest layer of fake avocado. Could have at least toasted the bread.

I don’t know what it is about this particular Tim Hortons in Allendale, Michigan. I can get my coffee in order it with cream and sugar at every other Tim Hortons in the world and it’s perfect every time! This particular store must either use a different blend of coffee, or a Different cream/sugar dispenser that is not in line with the other Tim Hortons. Allendale, Michigan, Tim Hortons always has bitter coffee, no matter how much cream and sugar I put in.

Today we pulled up at 11:52am and tried to order avocado toast. The girl said they close in 8 minutes so they won’t serve anything besides a baked good or some drinks. Obviously we left because why stay open if you can’t serve half the menu? I’m not surprised because everytime I come here the workers always have a problem making my food.

I absolutely love Tim Hortons coffee it's my go to every morning and never disappoints. However, I've been running into issues with the food lately. I always ask for extra sauce, but more often than not, there's barely any or none at all. It's frustrating, especially when I'm paying for the extra. Hoping the consistency improves because I really do enjoy coming here.
