I don’t know what it is about this particular Tim Hortons in Allendale, Michigan. I can get my coffee in order it with cream and sugar at every other Tim Hortons in the world and it’s perfect every time! This particular store must either use a different blend of coffee, or a Different cream/sugar dispenser that is not in line with the other Tim Hortons. Allendale, Michigan, Tim Hortons always has bitter coffee, no matter how much cream and sugar I put in.

Today we pulled up at 11:52am and tried to order avocado toast. The girl said they close in 8 minutes so they won’t serve anything besides a baked good or some drinks. Obviously we left because why stay open if you can’t serve half the menu? I’m not surprised because everytime I come here the workers always have a problem making my food.

I absolutely love Tim Hortons coffee it's my go to every morning and never disappoints. However, I've been running into issues with the food lately. I always ask for extra sauce, but more often than not, there's barely any or none at all. It's frustrating, especially when I'm paying for the extra. Hoping the consistency improves because I really do enjoy coming here.

Went to the donut place and they didn't have a single donut
I had the iced mocha coffee with oat milk, was good as usual for a tim's, sadly arrived too late to get the farmers wrap, but they were able to make a similar wrap with the same sauce.
Horrible coffee. I work at a Tim Hortons and there was nothing fresh about this coffee ☹️

Went through the drive through the other day and ordered the Oreo Frappuccino. I was excited for the Oreo pieces and whipped cream on top. Upon getting my drink… there was barely any whipped cream and the drink was nothing like a Frappuccino. It was watery, which was my main concern because I ordered a frozen drink and it came like a regular coffee type of liquid drink. I feel ripped off :( Don’t order drinks from here.

Lobby is closed, little to no selection in doughnuts, ordered a doughnut (only 3 choices available, I guess better than none.) ordered a croissant too or at least tried to. Not sure if her headset wasn’t working but had to say croissant 3 or 4 times before she understood I wanted a croissant and a doughnut. Ended up just leaving with a croissant she forgot about the doughnut. ?
