Food was stone cold ( meatloaf and bbq chicken) wasn't even room temperature . It was like they took it out of the refrigerator put some bbq sauce and gravy on it and gave it to us never again

Stopped in for a quick easy dinner instead of finding something to cook at home. They were busy, but rhe wait staff was rushing to get to everyone. After ordering we waited quite some time the server came over to apologize that the cook did not see our order which she put in almost an hour ago and they were now out of fish. We could either wait longer for the cook to get more out of the freezer, thaw, and cook it or I could get something else. Despite wanting fish I reluctantly ordered a burger instead because we had been there over an hour already. The burger showed up not as ordered, but not wanting to wait longer I simply ate it w/o the lettuce, tomato, and onion that was requested. Once the bill came the burger and fish were both on the bill. Finally, the server removed the fish, no compensation was offered and I instead had to pay for the more expensive burger. The only thing offered was "sorry, we are busy."

We always have a good time until you have to use the bathroom. Not sure why the bathrooms are always disgusting. Water shouldn't come up from the floor when you flush the toilet. The bathroom situation needs to be addressed. Seems like a non issue for the owners though.
Side note: Move the salad bar away from the bathrooms. Ew.
