If you order from this store via DoorDash and they don’t have half your items, they will send ur food out without contacting you or refund or any regards at all. This lady literally Said,” oh yeah we are out. So you’ll have to contact DoorDash.” I responded so you didn’t want to let me know?” Very professional! Also when you have to call and ask for the refund they say to contact door dash who is offering you 10 of 34$ spent. Have never in my life spent over 20$ on a med fry and large drink. Hadn’t ordered from Arby’s in a while and figured I’d give it a shot- NEVER AGAIN!

We came on during lunch rush to eat inside. The dining area was nice and clean. Everyone was calm and friendly despite how busy it was. The manager working was especially kind and patient.
