I avoided this one for months after they obviously tampered with my drink. The poor customer service was appalling anyway... but I was in town today and against my better judgment stopped here to hear the rudest conversations in front of customers. Maybe a course on how to keep private conversations away from customers ears??

I’m a regular customer at this Biggby location, but unfortunately, my last two visits have been very disappointing.
The first issue was an extremely rude barista at the drive-thru window. I left feeling genuinely upset—something I’ve never experienced at any Biggby location including Alma.
Then, during my most recent visit today, multiple drinks in our order were incorrect. Most notably, I ordered a large mocktail but was given a medium. When I pointed it out, the drink was taken back, and within seconds I was handed a large cup that was clearly just filled with extra ice to make up the difference.
To make matters worse, the barista at the window was once again rude and did not uphold the friendly, welcoming service I’ve come to expect from Biggby.
I love this brand and usually look forward to my visits, but these recent experiences have made me rethink coming to this location. I hope this feedback helps improve service moving forward.

I love the sweet foam cold brew . And the Baristas Re fantastic.
Manager Madeline so says, lied about correcting a refund which would take the owner to issue as she stated they don't typically give customers receipts. Served a heavy heavy sugar filled coffee n thought I couldn't tell the difference between French n sweet. So they blended me a gross cup of coffee for 5bucks even. Never got the email or anything I was told to to rectify this waste of 5 bucks. Coffee no good. Dishonest staff individual. Not worth checking out.
