Sadly the previous owner sold the Alma location and the amazing staff that was there at the time of my previous review are gone. They are all greatly missed as the service is no longer up to par as it once was.
Was a little disappointed with this visit.. me and my sister decided to come to this biggby to get some delicious frozen coffee and we couldn't even see the menu it was off and the lady was rushing us when we couldn't even see what to even order, not sure if we will ever be back but if we do, hope you give us a better experience than this time.
A great place to get a coffee! The Baristas and really helpful and courteous, and the prices are pretty reasonable! I also love how aesthetically pleasing the inside is! The only thing I dislike is how the drive thru/parking is set up, but I believe that is out of this location's control so just be mindful when entering and exiting the area! All on all, this is my favorite place when I want to treat myself!
