Both burgers we ordered were microwaved. Server even admitted that they microwaved it. Manager was kind enough to refund ONE of the burgers. Terrible food, terrible service.
I’ve been there for a burger and beer several times in the last 4 weeks. I’m in the area for work and this is my favorite place to eat. Everyone here treats me like family. That’s a rare thing these days and I really appreciate this place! I feel like I’m at home when home is 6 hours away. Brittany is my favorite, her honest and beautiful smile lights up the whole place.
I usually like going to bravehearts but after my experience last night I will not be returning the staff was rude, cussing and all over each other.
