I’ve been there for a burger and beer several times in the last 4 weeks. I’m in the area for work and this is my favorite place to eat. Everyone here treats me like family. That’s a rare thing these days and I really appreciate this place! I feel like I’m at home when home is 6 hours away. Brittany is my favorite, her honest and beautiful smile lights up the whole place.
Dropped in for a late lunch last weekend. The sandwiches are large and flavorful. We really enjoyed the chicken parm and turkey club. Definitely a "do over" next time in Alma.
The bartenders and cooks are great, but the owner barks out orders at his staff and is very unfriendly. I was there for lunch today and he ignored us. He had 1 cook and 1 waitress working and it was slammed. The owner poured himself a soft drink, sat at the bar and did not help his 1 waitress at ALL! I’ve been working for 32 years and the best bosses I’ve ever had get down in the trenches and help their staff. Common sense, but that it lost nowadays:-/
