The food here is good I like to eat here when I have appointments in town. They are accommodating it's service is quick and reliable and I certainly recommend this location. Merry Christmas to you all.

I haven't eaten here in a long time because they're always so expensive for what you get. A large fry here is like a small fry at McDonald's. I paid almost $14 for a large Whopper meal. Way too expensive. This is why I often choose to cook for myself and eat in.

Got home and realized I did not get my whopper. I called up And complained I already couldn’t get my sandwiches because you guys are out of brisket and then didn’t give me my sandwich. The chicken sandwich was dripping in oil and black And the The bun was stale, I even had a sliver of bone in my Texas burger. I had to drive back and I asked could I be compensated and I was told they don’t do that.. I live 15 minutes away So I had to waste my gas in time going back so my family can eat tonight… Your staff is rude slow and the food was trash. I am done ordering from you guys.

AI gets things correct sometimes I guess. Nothing like working alone unable to leave the store, so I spend my hard earned money for DELIVERY just for the order to be wrong, shorted on quantities or just out right disgustingly old food. How do I fix it you ask? I don’t. I just deal with it and write reviews because I CANT LEAVE WORK TO FIX THE PROBLEM YALL MADE FOR ME. Thanks 😊

I went to Burger King in Alma and had a big order. When I got home, i realized there was an item missing, so I called when I called the so-called manager started arguing with me stating she put the item in the bag and I was wrong that she had personally put it in there.,almost insinuating that I was looking for free stuff poor customer service from management.
