Really disappointed with the service and the quality of my meal today. Cold sandwich and absolutely no ice in my tea after a 15 minute wait. No napkins in the bag, no hello, no sorry for the wait. Overall, not the service a person expects when they spend money at an establishment.

If I could give the food a zero because of how much it's changed I would. The burgers tasted like chemicals, they're getting so tiny, the meat is definitely different than it used to be. Food aside, the service was wonderful and everyone was nice and the remodel is beautiful ❤️ restaurant was clean !

So I'm a doordasher and this young man left me there for 20 minutes on the drive-thru and he was on his cell phone and didn't fulfill his order so I had to call the customer twice to let him know that their order couldn't be completed and basically I sat there wasting gas for 20 minutes I'm not sure who the owner is but I'm very disappointed
The best whopper sandwich I have had in probably 5 years everybody who knows me knows that Burger King is my least favorite fast food I will definitely be eating here again it was so good

Please do not eat here. I ate the nuggets earlier and have been throwing up for almost 4 hours after eating them. I am not sure if they sell expired food or something but it definitely tasted different than usual. The building is nice and the staff was friendly. But please stay away I feel like I lost 10 pounds already. 🤮🤢

The orders are messed up EVERY single time and frequently are cold after- even immediately after getting it in the drive through. Like genuinely not a single thing has been made correctly the last multiple times we’ve come. Service gets one extra star because they give us the correct order AFTER it’s been made wrong, but at least we get it at some point. Seriously Alma fast food is so bad it’s ridiculous- I don’t expect fine dining or even decent dining but read the order correctly at least.

Food is a little on pricey side but that seems to be the trend lately. My complaint is the mozz sticks, chicken fries, and nuggets are always overcooked and rubbery. avoid them. Also when you dine in you don't even get a tray just a bag might as well be carry out.
