The orders are messed up EVERY single time and frequently are cold after- even immediately after getting it in the drive through. Like genuinely not a single thing has been made correctly the last multiple times we’ve come. Service gets one extra star because they give us the correct order AFTER it’s been made wrong, but at least we get it at some point. Seriously Alma fast food is so bad it’s ridiculous- I don’t expect fine dining or even decent dining but read the order correctly at least.

Food is a little on pricey side but that seems to be the trend lately. My complaint is the mozz sticks, chicken fries, and nuggets are always overcooked and rubbery. avoid them. Also when you dine in you don't even get a tray just a bag might as well be carry out.

Ordered a coffee which was cold and ordered 3 french toast sticks and only got 2 1/2.

extremely rude staff, only got worse when i called them out for missing part of my order. got pissed when i told them my fries were missing and (who i assume was the manager) just yelled at the workers for forgetting my order. even the sauces they forgot. food was okay at best. wasn’t worth what we went through to get it.

Over 10 minutes to deliver a few burgers, a couple fries, and tots.
Watched Ashlyn and Ray take orders, handle money, wipe their noses (sniffling occasionally), handle cups (put their fingers inside the cups 🤢), and then handle food sleeves (each time opening every sleeve with bare fingers) and food without gloves.

Waited at the counter for an online order for 30 minutes, just to be told that 3 of the 5 items i ordered were unavailable.
Customer service is terrible. I say that because they are busy and no one gets put in charge of the front counter.
I don't blame the underpaid kids, I blame the management's training -- or lack there of. You can really tell when management just doesn't care enough.

Anytime we get food here, we never get our complete order. However, what’s worse is that when you tell them what’s missing, they are terribly rude and give so much attitude. Went through the drive through today and was missing food. Pulled around and let them know, no big deal. I was kind and understanding. The issue for me was that they immediately treated me so much disrespect. They gave me another bag of food that was still missing things. Our pops were regular and supposed to be zero sugar (due to dietary restrictions). I tried to tell who I think was the manager and she slammed the window before I could even finish my sentence. They gave us the new drinks and I had to remind them again of the remaining missing items which caused more attitude. Nothing about our experience here is pleasant. People make mistakes, I try to maintain kindness and understanding but there is no reason to treat customers this way.

They messed up the drinks and couldn't figure out how to just swap them to Diet. They were pouring them from glass to glass inside. (I just left without them giving them to us.) The food was cold and the fries were unsalted. I even grabbed an order of chicken fingers for my dog and she turned her nose up at them. They were greasy and cold as well. BK do better.
Food was good. Service was awful, guy was extremely rude and didn't care about his job clearly.

The night shift manager "Amber" I believe she said her name was is extremely rude and unprofessional when I called about not getting the correct food order she didn't want hear it and basically told me she wasn't going to refund me for not making our food right and she wanted me to drive back to the restaurant when I asked for a refund on at least what they overcharged me she used some not so nice words and hung up and is now not answering the phone... BK GET YOUR EMPLOYEES TOGETHER THEY ARE GOING TO LOSE YOU BUSINESS WITH THE KIND OF UNPROFESSIONALISM!!!

What a poor service restaurant. They only give you half the survey code so you can't do the survey. Was supposed to have plain cheeseburgs. Not plain of course. One order was supposed to be onion rings instead of fries, didn't do that. Milk shake only 3/4 filled with no whip cream on top. Burgers were sloppy made. If I could give them a 0 I would.. worthless. Don't spend any money here. Best news would be to shut it down. Not the first time this has happened but it appears service has disappeared

Absolutely poor service, and the food tasted not cooked all the way. We didn’t get half our order, and the girl at the window was absolutely rude, and we waited in line to ask for our food, and she completely ignored me at the window, having to go inside the restaurant just receive what I ordered.
