I had really high hopes but we were all extremely disappointed. I paid $65 for this cake, I wanted blue and orange for the border to match the characters, I arrived and they were blue and yellow. I supplied the food coloring because we wanted natural food coloring, no problem at all I’ve used it and I completely understand that it’s a duller color. I was told I didn’t supply orange color but red and yellow make orange, even if it’s not a bright orange that was fine but no, I didn’t receive and kind of heads up that they were not going to make it a requested. On top of that the image was so blurry and just looked awful, luckily a 2 year old doesn’t really care but I ordered a cake instead of doing it myself as usual to make getting ready easier but instead we paid $65 for a cake that didn’t look good at all, you could see the cake wasn’t covered in frosting on the side (I didn’t get pictures but the was bare cake showing) and the flavor of the icing and cake wasn’t that great, box cake and store bought icing would’ve tasted better. The staff was all super friendly but I am really disappointed that we paid so much for a cake to look like this. Lesson learned I guess, I’ll be ordering from somewhere else or making my own from now on because this was just an awful experience. And we were told if we wanted any kind of decorations we would have to supply it ourselves, never had any other place tell me that!

I won't ever buy a cake f rom here again. She used chocolate buttercream on my son's vanilla birthday cake. I had asked for regular buttercream on his Monster book from Harry Potter. Well she told me she didn't want to dye all that frosting and decided to use chocolate. Last couple cakes were dry and just disappointing. Now if you need baking supplies, birthday cakes, bridal and or graduation items she has a great selection. She does have several dessert items and really good cookies too.
