So we ordered 100 cookies for my baby shower went to go pick them up the day before my shower. They just lost the order and didn't make any of them. Truly ridiculous!!!

I called to order a stress snack basket for my daughter for finals at Alma College and the lady that answered was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! I paid over the phone, after we discussed what would be included in the basket and I had arranged for a friend to pick it up. It was gorgeous and had unbelievably yummy decorated Christmas cookies, bars, popcorn and candies! My daughter was surprised and so happy to get it! They did a fabulous job and I will be ordering again!!

I ordered cupcakes for a baby shower from Cindy Lou’s. They were beautiful! But as soon as I got home, my dog jumped in the car and sat on the box. Even though they were about to close for the weekend, Cindy Lou’s offered to fix up the cupcakes best they could. They stayed opened late and were able to refrost them for me. In the end, you couldn’t even tell something happened. Thank you to Anna for staying late and saving my cupcakes! They tasted great and the few guests I told the story to said they would’ve had no idea if I hadn’t told them.
