I generally don't come here because they are so slow with every step. Over 10 minutes to go through the drive through and no one was in front or behind us. Four ppl were inside.

On Nov.10, 24 I went thru the drive-thru, ordered 2 tuna subs (#4) waited 22 min (I literally shut my car off while waiting)…watched employees look at their phones & listened to their chit-chat. The girl that took my order came over to the window & was stunned that a car was waiting! 🙄 She grabbed to subs that were sitting on the counter and gave them to me. I drove home (18 miles)… opened up the subs and they were both TURKEY!!! 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️ like how incompetent can they be?? The owner needs to teach them that ‘customers come first, how to say thank-you & you’re welcome’… so much is lacking in the Alma Jimmy John’s

Every time I go here they don’t have bread. It’s Jimmy John’s, what else do you need if not bread? Why is it so difficult to have food available at a restaurant? Management and employees sit around talking while they don’t have food available at 2pm. It lunch time, honey, let’s proof some and get it in the oven so we can feed some customers. Owners should eliminate these employees and strip management of their titles.

I have had nothing but problems with this Jimmy John’s lately. 1st time took over an hour for delivery. They said they were short staffed and only had 1 driver. They did give me a free sub when they finally delivered. Awesome. Gave them another chance after that, again took over 40 minutes and the app said my food was delivered. Called again and they said the driver delivered it to the wrong address, took another 20 minutes after that to get my food. This last time, just now they messed up my daughter’s sandwich, which was just ham, pickles & mayo… they added cheese. They never cut the sandwiches, even if you check the box. This will be my last time ordering from them. Ridiculous service with stupid mistakes

Update- visited tonight (4/19/24) around 6:15/6:30 and they had NO BREAD. Well, they had 2 loaves for sandwiches, but I was told it was saved for delivery orders. Very irritating, as we were there in person. I asked how long for bread to be available and was told AN HOUR. How does a restaurant get in this situation. I'd heard it had gone downhill there, but this was ridiculous.

This Jimmy John’s rocks, food was made quickly (freaky fast actually) and was fantastic! As a frequent to Jimmy John’s, I was also impressed by the staff, they really seemed to jive as a team. I ate on site and couldn’t help but notice that the Lunch time is hectic, they breezed through to. Great leadership at this location! I will return

Food still hadn’t arrived after two hours. We had called an hour after we placed the order and an hour and a half after we placed the order and were repeatedly told they only had one driver and we would have to wait. At 2 hours I called and asked for a timeline for when the food would arrive. I was told they had no orders pending from two hours ago and when I gave more information they said they’d tried to deliver it to the Wright Ave Apartments two hours ago and it was our fault when they had not communicated with the driver that it was the Alma College Wright Ave Apartments like we said when we called. He was adamant that the Wright Avenue Apartments isn’t what they are legally called even though any other time we’ve placed an order it’s arrived to the right apartments without issue. When I asked if they were going to provide a refund if they weren’t delivering the food he said they could if we wanted. So if I hadn’t called we would never have received a refund for food we didn’t receive. This was not a nice interaction, and it could have been easily prevented if they would have talked to us for more than a minute the first two times we called.

Called and ordered 11:07AM and it’s now 12:52 PM and I still haven’t received my food. I called around 11:50 and was told that they only had one driver and that the roads were bad, which is fair. I then called again at 12:41 PM and was greeted with hostility and an attitude with the same answer as last. I asked if the food was still on the way and before I could ask if the driver was okay, the employer hung up on the phone.
