Update- visited tonight (4/19/24) around 6:15/6:30 and they had NO BREAD. Well, they had 2 loaves for sandwiches, but I was told it was saved for delivery orders. Very irritating, as we were there in person. I asked how long for bread to be available and was told AN HOUR. How does a restaurant get in this situation. I'd heard it had gone downhill there, but this was ridiculous.

This Jimmy John’s rocks, food was made quickly (freaky fast actually) and was fantastic! As a frequent to Jimmy John’s, I was also impressed by the staff, they really seemed to jive as a team. I ate on site and couldn’t help but notice that the Lunch time is hectic, they breezed through to. Great leadership at this location! I will returnVegetarian options: My sub is the #6 veggie

The guy with the long dark hair was amazing with taking my kiddos picky order and made me feel like I wasn't bothersome! He even made all 6 by himself to make sure they were correct ???

The last few times I went there their subs were a lot smaller then normal I thought maybe they gave me the wrong size but ordered the same thing today and sure enough they were small like before they were almost half the size for the same price I used to get 2 meals out of the sandwich but not any more guess I will go to subway or jersey Mike's from now on

This Jimmy johns does not have customers first. Twice now I have gotten my sandwich made from them wrong. And each time from management to the delivery their customers service was awful. The manager cut me off when I was expressing what was wrong and how I felt. It was like she didn't care. She was there for a paycheck, and same with the driver. She just dropped my sandwitch off knocked on the door with an attitude the whole time initial drop off to the second time. Like it was my fault. Will not be ordering theanymore.

I work at a manufacturing plant near Alma Michigan and in the past, with the help, (as of February of 2021)of the manager, Melanie, was able to order for delivery a large order to our plant. The place of delivery is outside their normal delivery range but we were assured in the past that if we didn't mind they would deliver at 11:00-11:30 so their driver can be back at the store before noon. This time however, a woman answered the phone, whom I could barely hear, and when I asked if I could talk to Melanie the manager she said she didn't know of anyone with that name, so obviously Melanie has moved on. I told the woman why I was calling and that I have a large order that has normally been delivered to us that I'd like to arrange for delivery. The woman was rude and wouldn't answer anymore of my questions concerning the delivery of a rather large order, which is usually well over $150.00. So, as of now, we will be taking our business to an establishment elsewhere that is eager to accommodate such an order. Very Disappointed, we really enjoy Jimmy Johns, just not from the Alma store.UPDATE: JJ's contacted me and very quickly resolved the issue I had with the Alma store. They went above and beyond my expectations, sandwiches were on spot and the delivery was right on time. I highly recommend visiting this store for your next lunch or large get together. A special shout out to "B", for your assistance. you rock!!!

I've been a loyal JJ customer for years and about a year ago at the Alma location I had an awful experience with people not answering the drive thru box despite being open, then when I called the restaurant to make sure they were open (I was very polite) and received an extremely rude response to go back through the drive thru because they had their head set turned off. Took forever to get my food afterwards and then found 2 thick dog hairs in my sub.So needless to say it took me an ENTIRE year to try again and last night I went back. The girl who took my order in the drive thru proceeded to take the trash out bare handed, walking in front of my car. Touches the trash and dumpster and then go back inside and immediately touch my napkins and the outside of my sub, bag etc. after another employee made the sub. I was so grossed out I threw out the sandwich. Not to mention that that service was once again nonchalant, rude and slow.I am officially done with this location and possibly Jimmy John's all together.

The best sub bread around ! Subs are very tasty. Service is getting to be not so "freaky" fast anymore, but this is my go to place for lunch, much better than the fast food grease joints.

This was my first time here and my daughter ordered in the app we received a message that it was ready so we drive up to the window the girl was rude as hell we waited 10 minutes while they was sitting their talking! Than we thought we had 2 orders and only one came through so I asked to add on the other order and she grabbed my card rudely ? If you don’t like your job get another one !
