I have been to this location many times and it foreseen to matter what day or when I go, they never have any chicken trans it wil be a wait. I don't know if management isn't properly training staff on how to keep a constant supply or what it is but I will be finding out elsewhere for chicken from now on. I gave it 3 chances and I'm done.

Restaurant and bathroom were nice and clean. They actually have a person taking your order, so you don't have to use the kiosk. Food was very hot and delicious! Good job KFC Alma Team!!

I wanted the order online on my app and living near Mount Pleasant and they won't let your order unless you order one day in advance so I ordered on line on the app the alma branch and they did a great job wonderful the food was ready and everything and it was great I'll be coming back
