The poor service, disrespect and ruined food was enough to tell everyone save your time and choose a different restaurant. The evening manager for 12.4.2024 is a horrible manager. After my inconvenient wait for a simple sandwich meal and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy, in which I figured it was my fault and overpaid my $11 order with $22, and told them to keep the change (mainly because of the patient decent guy working the window), only to drive home and discover my sandwich had barely a dab of mayo, I did Not get my fries, and the cherry Pepsi tasted watered down.

Food was hot and tasted freshly prepared. Employees were friendly and I had a very uneventful experience paying for my meal. Restaurant was clean and well kept.
Minus one star due to all of the trash receptacles being centrally located away from the exit doors requiring the customer to walk in excess of 13 extra unnecessary steps to dispose of their rubbish. Poor or negative feng shui.
Ordered online for the first time tonight, forgot to add sauce to my Daughter's chicken strip meal, asked for ranch when picking up and told there's an extra charge for sauce, which I understand, but they refused to give me the sauce that should have come with the meal to begin with. I had to pay for the sauces that should have come with the meal to begin with.

Wish they would restart their all you can eat buffet. Covid ruined that for everyone, but they could restart if they really wanted to. They should remember that the customer knows best. We always stopped here on the way home from up north. Haven't been back since. Really miss stopping there.

Worst kfc I have ever been to! Spent 75 dollars there for my 16 PC bucket to have lots of wings, legs, and a few thighs. Separate box had 4 filets even though I said I would wait. Didn't want my other food getting cold while I waited. Wanted a mix bucket, but all they had for original was 3 legs. They couldn't tell me while I was ordering that they had no chicken breast ready.
