I don’t go to KFC much but the few times I have gone,was a horrible experience through the drive thru. They seem to get our order wrong each time even after repeating it back to us. The employees didn’t seem to want to help the situation much until we went inside.

I really miss the old buffet. They took it out during and after COVID. I still absolutely love this restaurant. $20 fill-up box feeds my husband and I for at least 1 meal. Sometimes there is even some leftovers. Great quantity of food. The customer service is EXCELLENT. I was going through the drive-thru during a really bad snow storm earlier this Winter. I got stuck and they came out to push our van out of the mess. I would have had to of gotten a tow-truck if it wasn't for them. THANK YOU. I will definitely be supporting this restaurant more in the future.

This KFC as a whole is decent. Service was fine, though the drive thru guy sounded half asleep, he forgot to give us straws and napkins AND they were out of mac and cheese...a half hour wait? I don't know why, isn't it previously frozen anyway??My biggest issue, and the loss of stars, has to do with the new packaging of their boxes? it's a big box with small amounts of food which makes for a mess when you open it up, both our boxes were this way (see pics). If that's how your going to do them then just forget the fry container as they were ALL out of it anyway. The older style boxes were smaller but at least everything stayed together and wasn't a mess when you got it.

The only sell chicken, and when my sister and I ordered chicken strips, they wanted up to wait 15 minutes for them. You would think they would have had some made. Ended up costing $30 for 2 chicken meals and 2 brownies. Was not really happy with the food.

KFC Alma is pretty on par with the KFC experience at any of their franchises.My dine in experiences have been much nicer than my mobile order experiences.Dine in: I get what I ordered. Delicious, finger licking good.Mobile Order: better check the bags before you leave. I have also found the mobile orders to be greatly reduced in quantity compared to dine in. Often times missing items completely.The atmosphere can be hit or miss. It is well lit with plenty of windows. There is a cool large circular table in the front dining area with a large KFC bucket light overhead.The floors and tables can get a bit sticky and greasy. Not always, but sometimes.The restrooms are almost always super clean.There are always plenty of tables or booths to choose from.The service has always been friendly when we visit.

They was out of chicken asked how long it would be to get some young guy would not answer me alot of customers were waiting for 30 minutes we ended up going to a other one 8 miles away the girl behind had her hair colored talked to a person for 5 minutes about her hair kfc is a big joke from what I can see nothing will be done people with reviews never get any response back two kfc within just a few miles pretty sad your alma kfc and Ithaca need to really change after around over 1 1/2 hours I get not good taste ing chicken $45.00 was a joke food looked bad like it was out to long I don't know why I left the review nothing will be done

I ordered ahead I arrived about 10 minutes early, they told my food was not ready yet because I was early. That’s far. When I got my food about 30 minutes after the time that I ordered for pick up. Like they didn’t know I was there and even ordered it early.
