I would give them a zero if this was an option. Went through the drive thru. I ordered pancakes and a ham and egg breakfast sandwich combo, orange juice and hot chocolate. After paying, the guy at window 2 tried to give me a sausage mcmuffin. I told him that's not what I ordered. Then he verified my order, gave me my drinks and told me to park in spot 5 that there is a short wait for my food. I bought my breakfast at 8:09am, at 8:23am I'm getting out of my car to see what's taking so long. Just as I'm getting out a lady is running to give me my order. Waiting 14 minutes for fast food breakfast is unacceptable! Never again will I go there!

I understand it was 7 a.m., but there is no reason for employees to be rude or upset when working in customer service. I’m not asking for anyone to be overly cheerful, but at the very least some decency and respect should be shown to customers. There was no need to rush me through my order. When the cashier said “everything is on the screen,” I didn’t see anything there, and when I tried to clarify at the back cash, that employee was rude as well.
I worked at McDonald’s for 6 years, including as a manager, and not once did I treat a customer that way. Of course, everyone has bad days, but being rude is never acceptable in customer service. This experience was disappointing and needs improvement.

Would not acknowledge us at the counter. All the nuggets except one 10 pice were very old, barely warm and not at all crispy. Fries were sad too. The front of the house had many dirty tables as well.

My fish sandwich was cold, the bun was hard and the whole thing tasted like cardboard. Fries were hot tho. Fish sandwich is the only thing I get at McDonald's and afraid my experience ruined it. And if nasty sandwich wasn't enough it took 20 minutes to get 3 sandwiches and 2 fries.

Every time we order a shake, it's melted. How about making that when the food is done? Every table was dirty. Had to clean one off myself while an employee stood by and watched.

I just purchased a sugar-free French vanilla iced coffee number on the tag is 413. Hardly any coffee at all. Just ice and looks like water. They're never consistent at any of the restaurants, but this one is ridiculous. $4 down the drain

Went through drive through today 134pm. Ordered dbl cheeseburger, small fry, unsweetened ice tea. Paid for order, next window. Attempted to give me wrong drink which I told them I had tea. She brought tea maybe a scoop of ice in it (90° out) she said thanks and shut the window. Waited, she opened window, told her of burger and fry on order. She couldn't find it. Returned to window few minutes later, fries fresh, burger half unwrapped and wrapper covered with ketchup and mustard. Looks like had been opened and Xtra burger thrown on, 1 burger charred beyond eating. Threw it out.
I tried ordering at the kiosk with my code twice but it kept freezing so I went to order at the counter and waited for five minutes but no one would help me. They just looked at me and ignored me.
