We came in with our kids who have never been at subway before and we were super happy and excited. The girl who waited on us was short and rude and annoyed that we had questions. She then got upset with me because I didn’t know kids meals were limited. I asked if could pay the difference and she was very frustrated and said there was no way she could so I asked to do six inch subs. She then THREW the two pieces of bread into the trash. I should have walked out then and there because it ended up costing us $40 for 3 6” sandwiches and 3 of their sodas were out and I got an eye roll when I let them know. My children are well behaved and polite. I work in food service too and there was nothing we did to be treated this way. We will never go again.

I waited in line there were 4 ahead of me a girl with a nose piercing and a younger guy were working about 5:50 ish this afternoon. We'll it was my turn finally and the rude ass girl working walked past me and ask the girls behind me what she could get them didn't even say shit to me I called them rude and threw my chips back up there and walked out.we will never go there again. Get some workers with respect and that know how to do their jobs

Completely rude service. I wasn’t even greeted and when the employee did speak it was hostile and with unnecessary irritation. Keep in mind, I was the only customer there being waited on also. I think people working in customer service should keep in mind that they are providing a service that customers are paying for, and your role is to pleasant and give a nice experience. If one can’t give that, then they shouldn’t be working in customer service. Our society has a major issue today with people getting sorry for themselves and taking it out on everyone else. I believe that is why this employee was so rude right from the beginning. Well chin up, is you keep that mindset your entire life you will only find yourself miserable.

I was there with no service with my phone. It was Friday April 26, 2024. There was 2 amazing ladies helped me with my phone and was so sweet! I ordered 2 subs and made it to my daughter’s softball game because of them! I can’t say thank you enough for being so awesome! Absolutely recommend going to this place! Customer service is the best! Thank you ladies for making my night so much better! ❤️❤️
