Food came out fast and tasted pretty good. Presentation was not very good. Poorly cut and not very well put together. Booths were dirty and no ice in the pop machine. Pop was also very flat. Service was very friendly and good.

I have been coming to Alma Taco Bell for years, but I have never felt as welcome as I did tonight. The lovely person (I didn't catch his name) taking my order was beyond friendly in asking me about my day and saying drive safe. He was also very efficient in getting my food and change out fast.

I am always eating here. But there freezing machine is never working there. The last couple times I have went to get a chicken quesadilla it has bene cold with no sauce in it the cheese not melted. I am sick of it. Need to do a better job of there job.
This used to be the best fast food in town but as of recently that's changed. Before it would be incredibly rare for your order to be messed up but now it's the complete opposite. Not sure how it went from the perfect establishment to the worst but it's not worth going here anymore. At least the lobby was relatively clean.

Food was as expected. Hot/fresh and good flavor. Special order due to food allergy was taken into consideration. Service was good, fast, and friendly. We never use kiosks because we dislike them. We prefer human interactions.
