Store could use a good cleaning and better management but imean i don't care i don't live here but I mean food made in these conditions could affect polar bears in Africa its a shame really..
The best blueberry timbits we’ve ever had, ate too many.

The inside of the Alma Tim Hortons needs deep cleaned. At 945 am none of the table were clean. The floor had trash on it. Dirty and finger prints everywhere. Light fixture above a food area was broken and hanging and covered in dirt and dust. There was a worker just standing around. He could have been wiping down tables and chairs. The food looks good and tastes good. Good coffee. I wish I were a secret shopper. Corporate office should be paying attention.

Got some donuts and the tidbits and I swear they were day old. The curlers were wet and soggy. And only about half the tidbits were good.

Great coffee
After our 1,5 hour drive it was good to get a real good cappuccino , tasty and genuinely the way coffee should taste. As a Dutchman coffee is important to me.
The sandwich was crisp and tasty, except the lettuce was old and made hours ago.
Personnel was welcoming, but not over friendly.
The seating is nice and comfortable, we were the only ones around 1 pm.
Would come again.
The female working with the other men today around 2 pm. Very rude. She was so rude and in a bad mood that my sandwich was soggy as hell. The gentleman at the cashier spot was very friendly loved his energy! But I’ll prob never go back because that rude employee. Just because you have bad days don’t mean you take it out on customers when I was clearly being nice
Not impressed
Menu shows breakfast comes with hashbrowns. They stop serving them along with any item that has hashbrowns in it at ten. But keep the menu up. When asked the man at the window was argumentative about it.
Saturday afternoon and doors were locked. Only drive thru open
... doesn't help with a truck & trailer!!

Ordered 2 ham and cheese panini drive through. Neither cut completely in half to consume one on my hour rode home. Cheese was not melted and was stacked cold. Ham was cold. I had to tear apart the first sandwich while driving. Was absolutely gross. Bread was soft and grease filled.

Just stopped here at approximately 1652 hrs today. I went through the drive thru and wanted to order a latte. I was told the machine is down for the night. The place doesn't close till 1800 hrs. So I had to settle for burnt coffee. Absolutely ridiculous
Kinda sad and embarrassing my mom got harrased by management a couple months ago when we came and never have any donuts avaible and timbits you can’t get what you want it’s only assorted.
I genuinely do not understand how anyone could give this place above one star. They never have anything available. They are either out of cups, out of one or many types of food, can’t make espresso drinks, etc. I have been here many times and I don’t think they have ever actually had what I wanted. Ever. I don’t even understand how they are in business when they clearly don’t want to spend the time to make things people actually want to buy. What is the strategy here? Because it seems like they purposefully never have enough of anything. It’s so lazy. This is the worst location I’ve ever been to by far.
