Wendy's was a solid experience. The food was decent and I have no complaints. Everything was cooked fresh, which was definitely a plus. Overall, a reliable spot for a quick, freshly made meal.

My family usually chooses Wendy's when we want higher quality fast food. There just wasn't any quality at this location. Food came out at room temperature and tasted stale. Will go to Wendy's again, just not this location. Really let us down. Kids would barely even touch the food. Ended up throwing away most of the meal.

On 12/10/2025 I visited this location when checking my bag to make sure everything was in there the fries were tossed in upside down when I handed the bag back to the cashier n asked for it to be fixed she said she couldn’t take bag back in the window and told me it wasn’t like that BS all I did was open the bag. The cashier handed me an empty bag to pick the fries outta the bag my self. I refused the whole order and asked for my money back than she took the bag back threw the window n refunded my money. Lost out on a 28 dollar order. I felt she could have simply fixed the issue or gave me another fry in a separate bag.

I wasn't greeted, just looked at as employees continued talking. The food I ordered was lukewarm, the fries soggy, cold, and unsalted, and my CARBONATED DRINKS WERE FLAT. I'll never be back and will warn everyone I know to go elsewhere. This was disgusting and inedible.

When we arrived, all employees were in the back area. After waiting at the counter for almost 15 mins, to even be acknowledged. By who I assume was the manager. She was very unprofessional! After driving home, 15 minutes away to discover my order was messed up. I'm talking missing items and the burger patties were burnt and cut in half I drove back and the manager was rude! I've worked fast food, a Wendy's, and know that when an order is not right, you remake it. Nope not her. She just made us the sandwich we were missing and sent us in our way. So now I have fast food that is burnt and cold, to feed my family. Not impressed at all with this location!

I love eating here when Matt is working, the food is always of top quality and he's very friendly & communicative with the customers. However, the GM is always flying off the handle. Constantly complaining about the employees which of course puts them on edge and makes the whole experience less welcoming. She clearly doesn't know how to run a restaurant in an efficient manner.
