Some staff members are quite rude Messed up my order for my daughter twice and it's simple two jr cheese burgers plain just cheese.. both times where made regular, you know pickles and allthat I get it it can be difficult to remember e everything and do everything right when it's a little busy but... 🤷. Is what it is I guess otherwise it's not a bad place for sure

Why in the world can’t these people cook to order when it’s slow? If I wanted a cold meal I would have went to subway. People want to get top dollar at these places but are too lazy to do their job. The place is garbage. I hope that company is happy with the laziness of their employees. I know I won’t return.

First time in a LONG time I got “fast food”. Nothing personally against “this Wendy’s” except maybe the fries were a bit cold, but as a whole fast food has gone down hill. It’s just as cheap for me to go to JJ Ruby’s as it is fast food and the food is better at JJ’s. The whole point of fast food is it’s (supposed to be) cheap and quick; now it just has “quick”. It’s not a “cheaper option” anymore and it defeats the purpose.

I waited in line for 35 minutes with 6 card in front of me. Then when I asked what the price was on a cpl of items I was told prices are posted they don't have time to look them up. I figure it would be quicker seems I'm not a regular and don't read well. After placing my order they removed a burger from my order without asking or me telling them. And I had to ask for a receipt 5vtimes before I got 1
You pay almost $8 for the new chicken sandwich and they leave off the two main toppings you bought it for. This place is a joke. I really hope the new Culver's shuts this place down.

Don’t understand the difference between sweet and sour sauce and bbq apparently Places like this need to do better Should be getting fresh food as well I know they keep the food in warmers for time on end after timers went off

Drive through food order was not made as ordered. Food was super greasy. Way too much mayonnaise. My wife's burger had everything and we only ordered four condiments on it. We threw it all out. We were already 15 minutes home when we opened the food. $19.00 to just throw in the trash. Won't be going back to that Wendy's.

Maybe good for a drunk doordash order? Seriously, though, the workers hide, then there is no urgency to stock or clean or even to take an order, then when you finally get your food, it's cold. On second thought, even a drunk person deserves a decent meal.
