When we arrived, all employees were in the back area. After waiting at the counter for almost 15 mins, to even be acknowledged. By who I assume was the manager. She was very unprofessional! After driving home, 15 minutes away to discover my order was messed up. I'm talking missing items and the burger patties were burnt and cut in half I drove back and the manager was rude! I've worked fast food, a Wendy's, and know that when an order is not right, you remake it. Nope not her. She just made us the sandwich we were missing and sent us in our way. So now I have fast food that is burnt and cold, to feed my family. Not impressed at all with this location!

I love eating here when Matt is working, the food is always of top quality and he's very friendly & communicative with the customers. However, the GM is always flying off the handle. Constantly complaining about the employees which of course puts them on edge and makes the whole experience less welcoming. She clearly doesn't know how to run a restaurant in an efficient manner.

I've ordered on the app to the Alma Wendy's location on three occasions. 2 of those occasions resulted in showing up to pick the order up and was informed they didn't have certain items that I paid for. I was offered substitutions but no refunds. I'll just drive to Mt. Pleasant and take my chances up there if I ever want Wendy's again.

Some staff members are quite rude Messed up my order for my daughter twice and it's simple two jr cheese burgers plain just cheese.. both times where made regular, you know pickles and allthat I get it it can be difficult to remember e everything and do everything right when it's a little busy but... 🤷. Is what it is I guess otherwise it's not a bad place for sure

Why in the world can’t these people cook to order when it’s slow? If I wanted a cold meal I would have went to subway. People want to get top dollar at these places but are too lazy to do their job. The place is garbage. I hope that company is happy with the laziness of their employees. I know I won’t return.
