Service was slow and employees were not the friendliest. Also this a&w only has the fountain root beer not the good fresh stuff like most locations. For that reason I debated lowering to 3

Drive up order 3/12 330,pmOrdered 2 R B floats, barely any RB in themOrdered 2 coney dogs ,hot dog tastes a nd chilling awful, like they had been sitting around awhile. Employee was very curt and somewhat rude1 car ahead of usNot very busy. We have eaten here before and never had an issue with food or employees.

This review is from last week the lady that is pregnant working window went over and beyond to help make sure my order was made correctly the first time they got it wrong she had the correct order of everything but the ones who made it screwed it up as usuaI I understand I had a default order but she was not rude and did not display an attitude at all like the guy that usually takes my order. I wouldn't mind coming more often if my service was like that all time.

It's just fast food. Nothing crazy to speak on. It's still tasty and unique menu options are a plus. Eating in is good for the frosted mugs. No juices/milk for the kids though. Will probably stop by again, as it's simply a rare treat.
That is the best A&W that we have ever been at. The staff was really friendly. The food was excellent. And the place was playing spotless I mean clean.

October 2023 - we came inside to order root beer for the kids. We had two root beer floats and one strawberry shake. Service was quick. The root bear floats were delicious and I highly suggest trying one. They had burgers and fries that looked good.

The food was good the guy working the counter should not be working with customers. He’s rude and got order wrong 3 times ordered 2 hamburgers plain nothing on them. They both came with cheese.took back and received them with no cheese this time but had muster and ketchup on them.the 3rd time one was right and they put cheese on other one. Guy at counter told us we need to learn how to order food.will never spend another dime at that place again.
