I want to let Hungry Howie's of Almont and Headquarters to know they have a very special person working for them who cares about their customers. I have physical disabled where I only have one arm, and I found out that it's hard to carry everything to my vehicle. So, Jacob stepped in and helped me out in carrying my order to my vehicle. That's what you called helping out a customer and it goes a long way. In today's world most people don't go the extra mile to help customers out even if they have a disabled or not, but Jacob did. So Hungry Howie's should be very happy that they have a employee who cares about their customers. Thank you, Jacob, and Hungry Howie's for having a very caring employee.

On the fourth me and my family came in to pick our pizza up later at night because i was hoping it’d be less busy due to holiday but i saw a manger smoking in the store, it looked to be some type of E-Vape or Weed Cartridge, i think that is super unprofessional and it needs to be fixed in my opinion, I don’t know the managers name but she had short black hair and a knee brace, thanks i’ve come to this establishment for years and i’ve never had a poor experience until then.

Hour and a half for delivery of 3 sandwiches, staff informed us that delivery person was being fired, food was delivered cold. We had to call in and drive and pick up our new sandwiches which took 20 more minutes to make while we were there. The excuse was they are short staffed and lost a manager.

I used to deliver for the company 2 years ago. Was going to come back for a extra income. They are now paying minimum wage in this economy!!!! All prices went up employees wages went down by 150 an hour. Wow wondering why you can't get any one to work.

The last four times I've ordered, my order has been wrong. I swore last time I'd never go again and I did. STUPID is definetly written on my forehead.1. My first real issue is when John T. took my moms order. She asked him to repeat what he said and he started mocking her for not being able to hear by speaking real slow like she couldnt comprehend the words he was saying.2. Ordered pizza $60. worth. Recieved the wrong order from door dash. I called the store and spoke with Taylor. He stated he would make a new one as my pizza at the store was already over an hour old. He lied, when I finally recieved my pizza 3hours later, there was no warmth to it. Pissed again and swore Id never go back.3.my family lives Hh wings. I ordered 3-10 pc boneless wings , two orders with extra bbq sauce, one order, regular amount of sauce (I cant handle the spicyness). What we recieved is 3 orders in one box smothered with BBQ. It was meghan the manager that made my order. She asked if that was enough sauce I couldn't believe it. No i didnt say anything , I already complained in the past, wont do any good. I'm done with this place. Hopefully the owner sees this.

I ordered pizza and bread sticks tonight. The order said 45 mins. Over and hour later the food was still not here! I called and they said the number was wrong and the manager said they left it on the porch I checked the porch and it was not there. He said they would send out another order. My girlfriend was upset because the kids have been waiting for diner and they made a mistake which made us wait she called he said was very rude told her he could give a refund or we could wait for our new order she was upset with how he was being about it and he said we were harassing him because we were upset about the situation and was more rude. 30 mins later still bo order. I called back and he said he wasn’t bringing the pizza and he refunded my money but failed to inform us about it so we sat and waited for something that wasn’t even coming. Most unprofessional place I’ve ordered from I do not recommend ordering food from here. Also after confirming it was not left in the porch he said he was sorry we failed to find out order outside lol what a joke I will be escalating this further this is not how you run a business
