The worker was so incredibly Rude. She asked a question if anything else and I said we were together (my friends and I) and she starts trying to ring me up and I said we were all together and she says that's what I just asked in an incredibly rude way. I said previously we were together so if you weren't listening it isn't my fault. I could name call but I won't. Whatever older employee working thrusday at 12pm.

Ryan was the best Subway worker I've ever encountered. Gold Star employee right there. This guy deserves a raise...or at least a few extra cookies for free every now and then.

This place is terrible along with the location in Imlay City, lived in this town for 10 years and it's just continued terrible service and hours. Their toaster oven didn't work for almost a year at one time, they're never open during the times they're supposed to be and not only that they close just after dinner so, you're not getting a late dinner from here. One time I couldn't even get lettuce on my sandwich because they didn't even have lettuce, this is a sub place for crying out loud! I don't understand why subway doesn't take this owners rights to operate under Subway's name. The company should stop in and require expectations or revoke the owner's ability to use the Subway's name. This place is absolutely terrible and would be better off shut down!

Got extremely sick after eating a sandwich from this location (possibly bad lunchmeat or poor GMPs). The female employee seemed new, bothered, annoyed, and I couldn't even hear her when she asked questions. Not professional customer service. Heard this location uses lunch meat that is passed the date and doesn't have sanitary conditions. I will never go back to this subway again. This place is going to make more people sick.

THE MANAGER IS THE PROBLEM!FIRE ROXY! FIRE ROXY! FIRE ROXY! FIRE ROXY!This subway was such an amazing place to go until she took over. I have had several friends work at this location. She runs her employees ragged, and speaks down to them. She will even insult them in front of customers. Roxy's mom works there and often times you can see Roxy's 10 year old son WORKING there and he has actually rang me up before. She posts the schedule at midnight the day before it takes effect. She even fired a long term employee because he told her that was not okay. Get rid of Roxy and this place will thrive.

Horrible service!!! We have tried going there twice and low and behold, closed both times! Even when the website says they are open. Employees are rude, and always out of something. The coolers are NEVER stocked with drinks.

Food is generally decent, but ever since COVID-19 they don’t seem to ever be open. By 4pm they are always closed or they simply don’t know how to answer their phone. Very disappointing.

The staff at this location needs new management, Roxie is the problem, always one person in store which isn't enough to handle the customers. And to speak to character Roxie went to part time during quarantine and made the under age staff pick up her slack, then not pay them for extra time,

I came in yesterday evening and the whole staff working at the time where not wearing masks. This is unacceptable and technically illegal to do in the fast food industry right now. I will not be returning.

Today, November 6th, 2019. The person who was working was disrespectful and didn’t take her time, she rushed even though there was nobody there besides me ordering. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. I recommend going to Romeo where there are people that represent what a fast food should be.

I never give reviews unless the people are outstanding. I went here after a far away cross country meet and it was terrible service. A guy working had no customer service and didn’t say a thing to me the whole time. He gave single word responses and with his GLOVES on touched his glasses. The pop machine didn’t work. There was one nice girl that came in for her 4 o’clock shift who saved the day but they are super slow and I really wish I read the reviews before we stopped at that subway. Wouldn’t recommend.
