Loved stopping by this food truck several times in summer 2025! Really appreciate the vegetarian and vegan options (I didn’t ask about modifying others), especially since my non-veg partner enjoyed their food too. Friendly staff, tasty meals, and plenty of shaded seating right by the gorgeous Arcadia Marsh trail. The line can get long on summer weekends.
So this shouldn't even be calledna food truck. It's nearly the impossible that food so remarkable can come out of a truck. This place blows most brick and mortar out of the water. Prices were reasonable for the quality, food was prepared fast and friendly and was everything you hope for when you envision eating the menu item you order. I really cannot apply enough superlatives to describe how excellent this spot is. It's beyond delicious. It's divine. Spectacular....
We split the Shipwreck wrap for a quick bite to eat. It was delicious. A big area for eating, corn hole set up for your enjoyment. The owner is very friendly and obviously takes pride in taking care of her customers.
