They have been in business a long time and should be aware of proper procedures and professional standards for their employees and service to their customers. Maybe they are leaving it up to untrained under paid employees to do the job.

Tried the brunch today with a group of friends and loved it! Lots of choices, delicious food, and always delicious drinks. Perfect spot to hang out with friends every time. Left with a couple caramel apples and donuts from their gift shop so I have goodies to take home and enjoy later.

Was in recently we booked an igloo for a special occasion.
I did appreciate waters around the table ready to go, when we arrived. But it was wet outside and so everything inside the igloo was also very damp, with no attempt to clean up before we arrived. The hostess was very nice and welcoming, the server seemed like she was annoyed we we were there. The food came out and hot, everything was pretty good, I do wish the selection was bigger, lots of drink options not as many food options. I feel like a nice addition to the igloos would be some low music playing. The decorations were really cute. Overall decent experience, I just feel like for our $300+ tab it could have been a bit better.

Horrible food, how is everyone eating this tasteless food loaded with nothing but salt. Desert was microwaved brownies and ice-cream that was like a tasteless gum. Absolutely horrible experience. I would not recommend this place.

I had high expectations for The Tasting Room at Blake’s Cider Mill, given its location amidst local farms and its reputation for showcasing fresh, local produce and meats. I was excited to try a meal made with locally sourced ingredients, especially a good steak with fresh produce. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations.
When we arrived, we were told there would be a one-hour wait. Considering the wait time, I expected something phenomenal. After an hour and a half, we were finally seated, only to be informed that the regular menu wasn’t available and that we would have to stick to the lunch buffet.
The buffet was underwhelming. While the Italian soup and penne salad were nice, the rest of the food was disappointing. Much of it was unhealthy and stale. The charcuterie board featured stale crackers, dried-out cheeses, and mushy meats. The fruits were not fresh — the watermelon, in particular, looked like it had been in the fridge for days, so I didn’t even bother trying it. The chicken caprese was also a letdown, with dry and flavorless chicken.
The dessert was the only highlight — the pecan pies were quite good. However, the overall experience, including the buffet and the lackluster offerings on the regular menu (burgers and fries), didn’t justify the 1.5-hour wait.
I can’t speak to the dinner menu, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend the lunch buffet. It was disappointing for a venue I had hoped would celebrate local, fresh, and high-quality ingredients.

Simply the best cider in the State! Great place to come with family and friends. Easy to park, food is just amazing, service is excellent and the cider is always good. I totally recommend this place for a good time.
As a fellow business we know how hard it can be to accommodate and impress the guests- the staff was amazing. We put in our name, walked around the property then came back after our text that our table was ready, our server Stacy was amazing and the manager Stephanie took it to the next level.
