Dined in this past Sunday with family who are regulars. Pizza was good and the atmosphere was nice. Our waitress on the other hand seemed high and did not know much lol. The other waitresses that visited our table who knew my family were pleasant and up beat though.

Chaps has 3 locations. This one is in Armada. Looks like a small town saloon inside. Food is always good and the prices are fair. Drinks were made well and waitress was attentive with a welcoming attitude. Great small town atmosphere..

Four or so years ago this was a very good place to eat. However the last few times dining here the food and service has been on a steady decline! The waitress was slow, very unhelpful and scatterbrained, I could overlook the latter had it been busy but it was not (I now understand why). We pretty much had to beg for the food we were do! As for the food itself not one person I was with was very happy with their selection. Higher prices and lower quality. Needless to say we will not be back. Giving two stars was generous on my part.

About the best restaurant around and not just because it's about the only one in town.Reasonable prices, good drink selection, friendly staff, and their menu offers something for everyone.

Family member of mine lost her purse in the restaurant and called to see if it was there. Was told it wasnt there then a week later got a message from an employee saying they found their wallet behind the bar. Went to go pick up the wallet (which was just sitting out on the bar for anyone to take, very unprofessional) and asked if the manager would be willing to look at the cameras since the purse was still missing. The manager promised to follow up by this past Monday and we also contacted local authorities. Not only has there been no follow-up but the officers who we have been working with said management has been uncooperative. We had suspicions that it might be an employee since the wallet was returned and found behind the bar (all money and valuables taken) but not the purse. Management insisted it could not be an employee but won't check the cameras now. If you dont have anything to hide why not check? Hopefully they will cooperate but will absolutely never come here or recommend this place after this experience.

Every time I’ve called to place a carry out, I’ve been put on hold for 5+ minutes each time. Nobody picks the phone back up so I hang up and try again. After that, the phone just rings and rings. Don’t waste your time with this place. Won’t be calling back.
This place did not even deserve 1 star. After waiting for almost an hour to be seated and by the way there were several empty tables, a server comes out to the foyer and states it was going to be another half hour before the next table can be seated and that the kitchen closes at 830. Now mind you she is telling us this at 8:05. I have never been to a place with such horrible service! Three families ended up getting turned away.

Wonderful service always. Never mind fixing things special for my granddaughters (leaving onions off the salad). Can definitely tell Tim is back in the kitchen!!Food was so good!

Four or so years ago this was a very good place to eat. However the last few times dining here the food and service has been on a steady decline!
