Makaylaa was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Our drinks stayed full, our food came out perfectly, and she checked in just the right amount without hovering. Her smile and positive energy made the whole experience better—she’s the kind of server who makes you want to come back. Applebee’s is lucky to have her!

We have eaten at this location twice this summer. Both times we have eaten at the bar. Both times we have been served by Kataryna, who was also tending bar. The food was very good both times. Each time Kataryna was an excellent server. She was very attentive, prompt and efficient. On top of serving, she had to provide the mixed drinks for the entire bar. We would definitely eat here again, both because the food delicious and especially because of Kataryna’s service skills. Thank you!

Me and my friend came for dinner and our waiter Phil was excellent and had really nice service. we ordered a dessert for an adorable old couple and they seem to have loved it. I’ll definitely consider coming back.

Best Applebees in Michigan by far! Service was amazing- the food tasted fresh and portions were very filling. The restaurant was tidy and
clean and a lot more comfortable than local spots in the area in the same price range. Completely exceeded my expectations for chain restaurants-Management and staff makes all the difference . Markell was patient, solution oriented, and very knowledgeable. Very down to Earth young man, who made me feel very pleased with my experience. I was not treated like a nuisance or another item on the checklist-he listened to my (very few) concerns attentively and immediately sprung into action. I am new to the area and this was one of the first places I’ve tried here-I can say I will be back for that blondie sundae, the artichoke dip, and the splendid staff they have . Great job! Glad to know some places haven’t lost the ability to provide a great dining experience.
