Phil the bartender is awesome. Very attentive and considerate. BTW....I recommend the beef nachos.

I was there to pick up an order through DoorDash and they were slow and I had to wait longer than expected for my order. Which made me run real late on my delivery.

Service is always terrible. Have to wait forever to even get your drink order in. Almost all of the food tastes like it’s been frozen and microwaved. Horrible French onion soup. Caesar salad was drenched in dressing and soggy. Chicken strips are always partially frozen in the middle the last three times I’ve gotten them. Overall the food quality here is awful and I’m done coming here.

We came here the night after Thanksgiving. I don’t know if there was something going ob the kitchen that day or not but all waiters were constantly in the back, hardly ever showing their face on the floor. Our combo appetizer plate came nearly 30 mins after our order. Sadly this was one the only good thing we had at this location.

Two bourbon steaks we ordered were both fibrous and hard even though I had mine done “medium”. Obviously either steaks were not marinated or were a bad batch to begin with.

Two Pecan blondies we ordered were pretty sad as well with most of the ice cream on top melted wlth little to bo pecans.

I have been to so many Applebee’s in my life but this one on that particular day was the worst ever.

Me and my girls came for dinner and Lisa was our waitress for the night! All the food was fantastic and exceeded our expectations , as well as Lisa being on top of her game all night!! She was quick, brought a smile to the table every time and was very attentive even as the restaurant was very busy. Great service and amazing food and menu !!!!

Went to Applebees and has Lisa as my sever, she was amazing, her attitude amazing, she always made sure we were set and didn’t need anything. In my years of going to Applebees I’ve never had wonderful service such as this!!

Service was great, no complaints there. But the food wasn’t great.

The Caesar dressing is absolutely drowning in dressing. I guess we should have ordered it on the side.

Our entrees were just ok. My chicken was tender but I couldn’t finish it because it was way too salty. My husband’s sandwich was fine and his soup was just ok.
