I like to feel good about spending my money especially with these high prices! The cashier did not make me feel good about spending my money. The food was delicious!

Stopped by this pretzel shop while visiting the Great Lakes Crossing Mall. It is a typical Auntie Anne's location and has all the pretzels you would expect to find here. The food tasted good and fresh, not like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. The service was fast but there was nobody at the location when I ordered. Overall, good food and good service and would go to this place again.

This company should hire qualified people once they start hiring people coming from jungle the service is getting very bad. She handed me over the whole order without bag when I asked her for one she gave it to me with attitude and I have to put everything in by my self

Awful đ˘. Waited in line thinking âtheyâre just handing out pretzels, how long could this take?âPretty long when workers move in slow motion. Over 15 min later, finally got to order and they were *out of pretzels*? Only the nub things left, so I ordered that, even though it was a couple bucks more than I originally intended to pay. Cashier gave the ole âitâs gonna ask you some questionsâ and options for 20%, 18% tip showed up on the card reader. Yeah, no. You had to hunt for a way not to pay tip, which I did because what in the actual fâ-?. What I ended up getting was - and this is impressive- both stale AND burnt at the same time. đ I threw a bunch of pieces out. Never going back.

Stood in line for 25 minutes to be told they arenât serving half the menu. Last time we will try here. AMC has pretzels and bites as well with usually no line.
We ordered the cinammon pretzel bites and after we got to the car I noticed they were drowned in sugar & cinnamon. When i wiped some of it off the pretzels were burnt thats why they drowned them to cover it up. If i didnt have kids already in car seats & stroller put awayI definitely would have returned that mess. The other pretzel was dry & old. $20 bucks down the drain.

Very disappointed. Ordered a bucket and was standing there waiting 10 minutes before asking when it would be ready, then was told it takes at least 20 minutes to be ready. Asked if they could just dump the pretzel nuggets that are already ready into it - there were MANY - and was told no. If I had been made aware when I ordered that it would take so long, I wouldâve ordered something else.

Oh my Gosh!! You're so baddddd. ridiculous. you have one job. that's it : it's pretzels like five menus items. Pretzels. 3 variations. you had one pretzel and a line of a few people and 20 minutes to wait for anything else

hen as soon as I start to question two of your men walk up to stand behind you like I'm going to cause a scene. holy cow!!

$6.50 for a pretzel is a lot especially when you know Go To Foods is not paying the workers here a decent wage. The pretzels are ok but itâs just dough and the staff are busting themselves for very little in compensation

Waited for 10 minutes in line, get to the service area, requested the cinnamon bites, the young lady hands me a pretzel, so I say, no I want the cinnamon bites, so she says , this is how we make them, so I paid, broke off a piece and it was hard, so I requested a refund, she acted like I was taking something off of her plate, so, needless to say, I will not be visiting that particular aunt Anneâs again????????
