Staff is honestly rude. Some manager Becky is honestly on a power trip and doesn't need to work here. Nothing is ever fresh. All they do is yell and carry on. So unprofessional.

Everything tastes better when it’s free! My wife had a free reward on her app. The pretzel was amazing but the workers could have had better attitudes and perhaps an actual smile.

Absolutely terrible service. Waited in line 20 minutes with my kids just to get to the counter and have them tell me I can't buy a small, I have to buy a large. Really? You can't dump the pretzel bites from a large cup into 2 smaller cups? You'd rather my kids leave with years in their eyes the day before Christmas? What a weird company policy

Wouldnt sell us the smaller size of pretzel bites, just the regular. Poor service. Feels like being upcharged for more than we wanted.

We got there as soon as the mall opened. The prices were higher (of course) but if the food is fresh and delicious i dont mind that. Unfortunately my pretzel tasted like it had been sitting for a while and the "real lemonade" tastes store bought.

Went to Auntie Anne’s on Thursday, July 6. Was there and attempted to pay for what I purchased. I was told by the employee that it didn’t go through. So they re-rang it up and I paid again. Got home and checked and both charges went through. Attempted to contact the store through the phone and went directly to a full voicemail box.
