A&W Restaurant

Was told that if I wanted a float I could easily go to Walmart and get all the things to make it myself. No shit but I’m not at Walmart me and my babygirl were out for her birthday maybe he should find a job that’s not at one of the busiest malls and work for a place that’s known for their floats. But they were good.

cold friends but root beer was good

They make the root beer in house daily, cant get that great A&W root beer taste from a store bought bottle, it is not the same.

My partners chili on his chili cheese dog was cold, and the staff was just very rude. No straws and when we asked the lady rolled her eyes and turned her back to us. I have never had such a terrible experience at an A&W.

the two older women working the front are extremely rude speaking too and started at us as we sat and ate our food

Staff is the rudest I have ever encounter at a restaurant. I asked Lanorma if I could add something to my order for my 2 year old nephew and she rolled her eyes and told me no.

The middle aged lady with half teeth rolled her eyes with every item I ordered, trash attitude and nothing but miserable character.

As a kid, A&W was more than just a fast-food joint. It was a place of cherished memories. The 25-cent Coneys on Tuesdays and those frosty root beer mugs were pure magic. Today, I still love returning to A&W, especially for the Cod Sandwich Combo. It's a tasty reminder of simpler times.

The lady working the register was extremely miserable. Attitude and eye rolling.

The food was pretty good. Fries are hot and fresh. Burger was good too.

The woman at the register needs to realize most of us have jobs and it’s her turn to be working. Horrible customer service.

Horrible service, I had a terrible experience at the location inside great lakes mall. The cashier made me feel like she gave me the food for free. She was unwelcoming and mad. Ugh never again

Love A&W no frills on the chili cheese dogs. The root beer is delicious, fast and efficient service. Good choice at the Food court in Great Lakes crossing. Lots of other options but this is ole reliable . 🌭
