Were 5 star in the day... My last 2 visits had an issue. My most recent Bangkok Chicken lunch, the first bite the meat felt rubbery, then didn't taste right... I cut open several pieces to see the chicken was under-cooked. threw the meal away.

Food preparation was quick and the food tasted good. I would only suggest to reduce the amount of sauce.
Rude staff- unhelpful. There was issues with the ordering online- ordered through uber eats but we were going to pick up. I would rather blame Uber Eats because they suck, but I was told the restaurant accepted the order (thus hypothetically receiving payment), we canceled it, they claimed they didn’t receive payment and therefore couldn’t refund. Uber Eats said the restaurant has the money and they can’t refund, the restaurant said uber eats will refund it. It’s Uber Eats or the staff lying and someone is keeping the 50$. Either way the lady on the phone was rude, dismissive, and couldn’t care to listen to any questions without anger. $50 sucks to lose and I just had questions, I wasn’t angry or trying to cause problems, I just wanted to see who had my money. Both this place and Uber Eats are disappointing.
