By far the worst service I’ve had in my lifetime. Waited an hour and a half for food with no updates from wait staff or management (the place was about a quarter full). Charged full price for drinks when I finally left, not even an apology for the horrendous service or lack of food.

A group of us ladies who are deaf and/or HOH (hard of hearing) came together to celebrate our friend’s birthday yesterday (1-3-25) and we had a waiter, Jarrod, who I MUST SAY had wonderfully serviced us. He was very understanding and patient to take individual orders. He was personable and friendly. I am able to speak and hear some and “helped relaying” some communications for my friends and TBH, this guy Jarrod, is just freaking AWESOME! He actually got all the orders right (with a slight mistake on 2 similar fish N chips dinner…which is not a big deal at all). I have to tell you just how gosh-darn impressed I was with him! 5 stars for him? Nahhh, I give him a 10! The foods were deliciously wonderful. The atmosphere was very nice and friendly. I LOVE this place and hope to return someday and have THIS GUY, Jarrod, waiting on me/us again! 🙌👍🤟

My soup was ice cold. Took forever to get an actual warm bowl of soup. Nice looking place but the food was so so at best and the service was slow.

The food and service was and is always great

I stood at the hostess stand for a minimum of 5 minutes, and not one acknowledged me. They had three people working behind the bar, and at least 4 people were waiting tables, and nobody said anything. I will never go to this location. If you like their food, try one of their other locations.

Waited at the entrance for 15 minutes with no help. The restaurant wasn't packed and it was Christmas shopping season the mall was packed. Definitely won't be back to that location

Food was good. Service was so, so. Took too long to have someone take our order. Was busy but not slammed. I would sit at the bar next rime.

We had a couple of Coors Lights and they were absolutely flat and they were old I don't understand why the beer was so outdated but the service we tried to get she kept walking by us our server and didn't even acknowledge us and she did that to multiple people at the bar

If you want to be seated and forgotten, this is the place for you! We stood alone at the door for 10min waiting to seated per the sign. Staff wandered around ignoring us until someone finally came out from the back. We were seated and we placed our order right away for burgers and drinks, and 25min later never saw anyone again. Our drinks sat at the bar and never made it to the table. At 30min we decided to leave and go get popcorn before our movie started. Waste of time and no one seems to care about the service or food. Can’t say if the food was good because we never got anything to the table.

My group of 15 ladies(we do this trip once a year) drove 3 hours to have an amazing girls weekend in Detroit and enjoy eachothers company.
Although we were seated quite quickly, our server took forever just to get some glasses of water at the table. We almost went to the bar just to ask for water. When it came to place our order, she decided to take orders in sections to make the billing process easier for her. We didn't even have the option to divide it how we needed to. That was even okay, we all decided, but what was super upsetting is none of us got to eat together. we were given our food in the order it was taken. so 3-4 people at a time got their food. By the time the first group was done eating, my aunt hadn't even gotten her food. She actually cancelled her meal as everyone else was already done eating. When brought up to the waitress, she made jokes and said she couldn't take her meal off the bill.
Super disappointing.

Food poisoning! Just ate here and couldn’t even make it home because of how badly I got sick.

My experience with a friend was great. Our server was fantastic. The ambience was great. And the drinks and food were great. I will be returning.
