Went for lunch after a quick trip to Great Lakes Crossings. We've had drinks and eaten here plenty of times in the past, and it's typically "ok food" at best and the drinks are always a good pour. The atmosphere was a bit odd this day. Our Server seemed nice (which is why they I'm giving them a 3 rating. They were out of Ruben sandwiches and tatee

I sat at the bar with 10 other people. Two Bartenders thought it more important to dry glasses instead of great patrons. Finally was waited on and was recommended the truffle fries. Warning, yuk. Over done, no flavor.

The menu online presented way more choices and quality than the menu once you get there. Dramatically over priced for the product. I have never in my life paid $18 for a decent burger, a small amount of fries that came with ketchup packets instead of a bottle of ketchup? The burger meat was really good, fries were average, service was average. Sadly, unimpressed.

Stopped in for dinner and drinks with a friend, and the amazing hostess sat us immediately. Not too many people in the restraunt which was a bonus for a nice quiet atmosphere. However, it was very hot with only a "window" open to the mall area, little to no circulation. Our waitress did not listen very well and brought us the wrong drinks to start after sitting for 20 minutes. Absolutely recommend the spinach and artichoke appetizer, it was amazing!! She put our food order in and we asked for two more drinks, which did not come. After about 30 minutes had passed, I walked over and picked them up from the bar myself (2 truly's in a can). Our food did come finally and she didn't mention anything about the drinks whatsoever. As my friend is digging into her ceaser salad, not only was the lettuce brown and wilted, there was blue PLASTIC in the salad!!!!!!! We immediately had the manager come over and he did apologize and take it off our bill asking if we wanted something else in place free of charge. My friend had at this point lost her appetite so we asked for the bill instead. The manager did come back over with a card good for 15% off our next visit (we will not be returning) in which with further inspection had EXPIRED IN 2023!!!!!! Highly dissapointed with how down hill this restraunt has gotten in the last few years.

Love the fact that the doors open to the outside patio, but other than that, everything else is no good. I had plastic in my food. THEY were quick to apologize and take it off my bill, but the service was slow! To the point we went to the bar to grab our own drinks. Step it up Bar Louie. You used to be a great hot spot!!

Stop by for a drink. Decent nice atmosphere, and the majority of the mall was closed, which was kind of erry. I went on a Sunday night at 830 and had dinner at miyako....came after for a drink. Service was decent, it was slower I j resturant but bartender seemed busy closing down station, not sure what time they close.

We’ve been to this location twice, 5 months apart, and both experiences were terrible. We went in for dinner last night (Saturday). We weren’t greeted by anyone for 5 minutes. When someone came up, it was a server told us to sit wherever we wanted and when I asked if there was a section that might be easier for her, she was very rude about it. The host then sat us in a section all the way to the back, where the nearest occupied table was 5-6 tables away. They also told us that the wait for the food would be at least 30 minutes. No one stopped by our table for 18 minutes. We watched as other tables were sat, greeted, and given drinks before anyone even attempted to come to our table. The server who eventually came over seemed to be in a not so great mood. She slowly came around and ended up being the only good part of the night. When we ordered our drinks, they were out of the Paloma that I wanted that was on the menu. No big deal. We ordered a wine and an old fashioned. The old fashioned was nearly see through and completely watered down. We ordered the spinach dip to start. It was still half cold and the presentation was sloppy. We weren’t given plates for our appetizer. For dinner, I wanted to order the salmon. They were out of that, too. We settled on burgers. They were good, but burgers are pretty easy. We were given to-go ketchup packets to use for our fries. Our server was very nice though, and brought out fresh fries for us without us even asking. Again, she was great. I have no ill will towards her. She was sweet and apologetic, I felt bad that she had to deal with so much. For our second round of drinks, they were out of Stella (the beer my husband wanted). The server informed us that they were out of a ton of the beer selections. It was loud, messy, and overall chaotic. We overheard people leaving and complaining very loudly about their bad experience as well.No manager seemed to be present. No one ever stopped by or even made an attempt to check in on us, or any of the tables we could see.I truly do not understand how this location is still open. They’re always out of menu items, we’ve been told the kitchen was behind both times we visited, and the servers have been rude to us. I get that when you’re busy and dealing with having to tell guests you’re out of stuff constantly, it can be easy to be in a bad mood. We all have bad days and are only human. What I don’t get is why the customers get to be the punching bags.

This may have been my worst dining experience ever. The host never said a word to us, dropped menus and walked away. Our server wasn't awful, but we saw her two times the entire meal. We waited 45 minutes just to get our appetizer. 10 minutes later I received a bowl of broth with a limp blob of cheese in it for my French Onion Soup. After waiting another 15 minutes, my salad was nearly unedible due to stale croutons, and my sons burger was missing the standard cream cheese that came with it. My wife ordered fish and chips and when asking for tarter sauce was told, "we don't have that". I would avoid this place like the plague, and may never visit my local Bar Louie again due to this experience.

The food was incorrect and gave me food poisoning. The beer was flat and tasted dirty. This is by far the worst Bar Louie location.

Visited around 3pm 3/28 Thursday…ONE server/bartender on duty whom also acted as the hostess and busser (& it got busy by the time we left) and she killed it with a smile on her face and a great attitude!!!Food was good, service was great, drinks SHE made were good… she carried this place today! 100% . Management was in sight but did not see them helping her, they just looked the other way.One young female manager ignored this girl running around while she sat at a booth, ate and played on her laptop. Sad to see (multiple) management do this. Zero help and care; buss table, seat customers, run drinks. Do better for your staff
